Second time ive stayed at this location, was amazing brealfast is definitely worth the add on. Great location for those using the local bus transportation to get to small towns in the surrounding area. Would recommend 10/10

The toilets next to the restaurant were filthy, they do not provide blankets unless you ask for them and the heater did not work properly.

They offer breakfast at 6:00am and they didn't have anything ready by 6:20am. I have star in NH before and is something completary better to this hotel. This was like hotel one. This level of hotel.

Staff overall was extremely pleasant. The limited welcome snacks and water are a great addition, not expected for the type of hotel. Food at restaurant is OK, but the staff makes it great. The hallway to my room stayed dirty during my foir day stay, which tells me there is lack of public areas cleaning. Room was maintained cleaned, but amenities not refreshed. Good value for the price paid overall

Had to ask for toiletteries and towels (floor, hands and regular) each day. We were 3 person and each day we ask for the 3rd towel, each day the cleaning lady took the extraone

I regularly stay at the NH Hotels in Mexico city and have always been very pleased. When I had to go to Queretaro for business I decided to stay at the NH Hotel when I was there for business. I was very disappointed and it compares very unfavorably with other of the NH hotels. The room did not have a cofee pot or supply water as the other hotels do. Half of the channels on the television did not have sound and I complained and I heard a different excuse each time. I paid for the breakfast to be included and it was supposed to start at 6:30 which seemed convenient because my client picked me up each day at 7:00 am. However the breakfast was never ready on time. One day I was only able to eat a piece of toast and a glass or orange juice because the rest of the buffet still was not ready at 7:00 am. When I complained to the hotel manager, he apologized but the breakfast was not ready at 6:30 the following day. One day I complained about the lack of bottled water and someone at the front desk they would send a bottle to my room. The bottle never arrived. If you are reserving a room because you have enjoyed the NH hotel in other cities, beware this one does not deserve more than one star. Very disappointing stay - not being able to enjoy a decent breakfast after paying for it, made my work even more difficult and uncomfortable. My advice: AVOID THE NH QUERETARO.

The first day I ask for a shake and they took 20 mins to tell me that they didn't have bananas for my shake despite on being on the menu so I left....second day I gave them a chance and went to the restaurant. I waited again 20 mins to be serve....that is not acceptable and the waiters were counting bills and checking other stuff other than the customers... Very lazy and unprofessional. Don't ask for the shuttle service, they give you the feeling that they are doing to you a favor instead of service. Driver were little grumpy so when I was asking for shuttle I have to ask: Is there a problem? Because if it is I can take Uber....I was very dissatisfied Room was clean but the pillows....oh God! Extremely uncomfortable, super puff and big

Nice and cheap place, easy to reach. The check in and check out was pretty simple. The room has nice facilities and tolls like a small fridge.

I had to kill cockroaches arond the room, dirty bathroom with bad smell and sheets with hair (dirty). Broken switches

Its conveniently close to our appointment, but Im not very excited about the hotel. The shower faucet was broken and the water pressure was inconsistent. Saving grace, Nespresso machines on the top floor rooms.

Clean and confortable hotel, great for a short business trip. Rates are very affordable and rooms are clean.

I had a great experience. The staff was outstanding and very helpful. the room was very clean and the entire staff very helpful. I would definetely stay here again.

I arrived at the hotel in a businiess trip, and while the check-in was fast and the staff was friendly, there were various amenities issues. There was no hot water at my room. The gym had almost no equipment, and when using the treadmill I almost fell as it didnt function properly. Additionaly, the restroom didnt work on a co-workers room. After various attempts at fixing it she was given a different room but was charged a different fee on accident which was never properly reimbursed.

House keeping was not regular. No online check in. Keys kept getting disconfigured. Room in general was nice, comfortable beds.
