Very clean and quiet. Granted, it was a Wednesday night. Not very busy. The food was mediocre, but I didn't care because the service was exceptional! Great place to stay when traveling across the continent!

If you dont want a view of the wall from the window, do not stay in room 114 or 115! I had to request a different room as I didn't want a view of the brick wall. Did not get a pic of that or the view from room 110 which is actually of the pool, Pro and Cons here Cons- Lack of ports for your phone or laptop, and no desk for your laptop. Was going to join their players club but their machine was broken so couldn't Pros- Friendly staff! Decent size room, parking is ok. Overall, I dont think I would stay here again, not sure I would recommend this place, but most certainly would recommend to avoid those two rooms I mentioned

Good stay

We just need a room for a night, and this was the perfect place to stay. Close to restaurants downtown, casino for after dinner fun and a full breakfast in the morning before we had to head out for our final destination. Would definitely stay here again.

Just need to make sure housekeeping waits until check out time to start knocking on the door. It was 0800 and they were knocking and waking us up and opening the door. Other thank that nice room, clean and friendly staff. Need to out the do not disturb signs in the rooms for the door. Thanks

Nice hotel with a look similar to the Mercure Molitor hotel in Paris. Big disappointment because the swimming pool was shutdown for cold season not yet started. Good breakfast.

AC controller did not work. Loud noises all night from another room.

The room was absolutely dirty and stunk. It smelled of mildew. There was something in the room that caused our heart rates to race. After 2 hours, we just got up and left. We went and slept in our vehicle. We would NEVER step foot in this property again.

It was good for the area.

Room was clean but small as was the bathroom. Needed painting on the doors. Had maintenance come and adjust the thermostat as very cold air blowing and could not turn t down. Ended up putting two pillows on the register to prevent the cold air coming on the bed. Also pillows very small for a king bed.

Hotel seems to be a bit old. Rooms were clean but they would benefit some renovation. Couldnt pull curtains on our room, which was a bit of a issue with hallway lights being on during the night. Area seems to be fine, but there is a nearby casino which can cause some noise. Stuff was friendly.

An older property but the free breakfast is a good deal. It is well maintained, and I was pleased how quiet it was given it was the start of Labor Day weekend. While there I drove up to Lamoille Canyon which is only 30 miles away to the top of the road. Easy freeway access in and out.

I really was impressed by this hotel. Staff was excellent. The carpet was clean in the room. Room was clean. Breakfast was amazing! I really really enjoyed my stay and would stay again here

The building is old. But it needs work. And all they said they had was a handicap room.

Very old, too much smoke in the entire place.

We always find the staff and waiters at the restaurant to be really pleasant and welcoming. While the whole property is dated and could use a total refresh, it provides a good stay.

Rather rude front desk clerk Ate in the restaurant…. Horrible. The few waitstaff tried hard and were nice but the food was terrible.

This overnight stay at the Ramada at Stockman's Casino in Elko, Nevada, was our 4th and last night of a five day, four night trip from Colfax, California to Cascade, Idaho. The front desk clerk was super sweet upon our arrival. We had arrived about an hour before our room was ready so we went and washed our car and then came back to have a nice cold beer at the bar inside the casino. The bar tender was very friendly and attentive. At 3:00 we checked in, were able to use a trolley for our luggage and then were pleasantly surprised at a very luxurious king size bed, waters, fridge, microwave, large airy bathroom and best of all a pool right outside our door. That evening we dressed up and had dinner at the restaurant. Very good. Gambled some then sat out in the court yard for our final night caps. It was the best we had been in for all of our trip.

They never cleaned our room.

Breakfast was excellent, hotel lobby and casino somewhat tored looking. Room clean and comfortable and ataff very friendly and made good recommendations for dinner

Convenient location and had a pool.

The room was nice and clean. But there was no shampoo or soap in the bathroom. Also no remote for the tv. The front desk offered to send the remote. After two hours we went to the front desk to get it.

Would not want to pay full.price. Room.was clean.

Place was still doing renovations but looked great. Beds not comfy at all. Dont get a room with a balcony. Way too hot. Even with ac on. Never got below 80. Got a new room. Try to take a shower? Lmao. Was like taking a shower with a water bottle. No water pressure at all. Wow. Never never again.
