My girlfriend and I stayed for 7 nights with a small boy at 10 months.
Fantastic place and outstanding staff & service, never been at a hotel with so lovely staff & service.
The breakfast was really good, the location was perfect, 10 min to the harbour where all the restaurants are located.
If you expect a spa hotel, then you will be a bit disappointed, but otherwise everything is perfect.
I would highly recommend this hotel, and will most likely return to it.

Lovely hotel in a superb location. The staff were extremely helpful especially on our last day when they allowed us to use the pool area and showers after checkout. The rooms were cleaned everyday to a very high standard. Local transportation is excellent there is a bus from the port (no15) at Saint Cap Ferrat to Nice every 8 mins. This bus stops at Villefranche-sur-Mer a gorgeous resort in the area. I would certainly visit the hotel and surrounding area again.

We had read some reviews that the property was old and worn down so were a little nervous ahead of arriving. We were pleasantly surprised upon arrival. We arrived early and the hotel staff was courteous and held our bags. They even offered a room where we were able to change out of our flight clothes so that we could explore the town comfortably until our room was ready. The area is truly stunning, and just a short 7 minute walk to the main village where you can find delicious bakeries, restaurants, and a pharmacy with excellent service. We had room #104 which I highly recommend. It had stunning views of the coast from the balcony overlooking the pool. We discovered the balcony even had an awning that could be drawn to shield you from the sun if desired. While we did not dine at the property, the service we did experience was great. We appreciated the coffee maker and mini fridge in the room. We found the bathroom to be satisfactory, the shower compact yet functional with a body sprayer system and removable shower head. The room was nicely decorated. We loved sitting on the balcony admiring the sea views. We really enjoyed being able to walk to town and are already looking forward to our return!

Absolutely heavenly here at Hotel Villa Cap Ferrat! I booked a last minute trip and picked this hotel when I landed in Nice. I was warmly greeted by Alessia and Guylaine, whose customer service was truly outstanding! I picked a room with a sea view, and was overwhelmed by the incredible view-it is beyond my dreams, and I am so grateful to find this beautiful hotel with wonderful staff.

This was my favorite hotel as we had an extensive itinerary through France. I loved this little town. The view from the balcony was amazing. It was just what I was looking for. Just beautiful!

Really enjoyed our stay. You could walk to the beach promenade and local restaurants . Staff was wonderful and it was a lovely quiet stay away from crowds !

A decent sized room - deluxe - with sea view from balcony (2 chairs, table & 2 loungers), overlooking the pool. Powerful shower, comfortable bed, good coffee machine, refillable toiletry bottles. Would have liked a long mirror in the room but wasn't a problem.
Breakfast we both thoroughly enjoyed - the homemade lemon cake I just couldn't ignore & it tasted as good as it looked.
Staff were very friendly.
Carparking at hotel limited so book a space asap - roadside parking would be difficult even though it was out of season as early October & very quiet (fab time to visit as even the sea was still warm).
Location great - not far to walk to shops, bars, restaurants, marina, 3 beaches & coastal footpath.
We wouldn't hesitate to stay again & loved this whole corner of France.

Very small wardrobe space for 2 guests , unless they stayed for a couple of days . Found the bedroom and bathroom very small - and we booked a mini suite .

Parking is tricky so need to book and pay for space. Left our cases at hotel on check out day, having been given confidence that we would be able to park for a short while while freshening up before our return flight, later in the afternoon. Gentleman on reception when we returned was less welcoming than the previous reception staff.
Otherwise good location - town and restaurants walkable, nice pool, good breakfast.

My wife and I stayed here in Saint Jean Cap Ferret and had a blast! The hotel is in a great location and you can walk around to explore the area and local beaches quite easily. The staff was spectacular and very accommodating to any questions or requests we had. Would highly recommend and we would stay again in the future.

Very nice hotel, great staff, the sauna and hot tube are super, the hotel is well kept, not many options for food but the "town" is at 10 minutes walk distance (not many food choices either" but Monaco is close by and there are plenty of good restaurants to choose from there, I will come back

Cap Ferrat is a magical place and our Hotel/Spa/villa was perfect for us. Clean and tastefully decorated as well as spacious & relatively private. Slept very well & shower was wonderful. Walked everywhere each day. Beaches fantastic

Our stay at this property was wonderful. The people at the front desk were very kind and helpful, especially so when booking our taxi to the airport. The taxi was prompt despite the early time. The room was clean and had the most wonderful view. I understand how people come back year after year. The hotel was in great location to the beaches. We would love to come back! Thank you!!

We stayed in this small boutique hotel after 8 nights in a camper van! It was an oasis of calm and comfort. The room ( superior double with sea view) was small but well appointed with a great terrace and fabulous sea views.
The staff were friendly and helpful. The common interior areas are beautifully decorated and the breakfast was excellent and decent value at 11E pp. There was a small bar and they served charcuterie boards and a couple of salads but no restaurant at the moment, which we were expecting.
The location was particularly good, a short walk to St Jean Cap Ferrat harbour and only 20 minutes or so to Beaulieu.
All in all, an excellent hotel, we would certainly return.

Fantastic location on top of St Jean Cap Ferrat. The villa has everything you need to stay comfortable on the property or to tour the Cap. We really enjoyed breakfast on the pool terrace. Amazing friendly service with fresh baked breads. Our room was comfortable and quiet. The laundry service at the hotel is economical and high quality. This is a great base to explore local neighborhoods or venture further out to Monaco, Nice or Antibes. The friendly staff made the stay quite pleasurable. Cheers

Hotel is only 2 or 3 minutes walk from the beach and most rooms have a very good sea view. Hotel looks like it has been recently refurbished and is in excellent condition. Parking is limited to 10 spaces so make sure you book before you travel. We didn't but were very lucky that the super helpful and friendly reception staff were able to juggle things around to help us out. Enjoyed our stay!

Lovely hotel with outdoor pool and hot tub. Family suite was spacious and well equipped with doors leading out to outdoor seating and pool. Restaurants and bars five minute walk away. We hope to be back!!

What stands out most was the amazing service and hospitality! Everyone that worked there went above and beyond to help us. We loved the complimentary ice buckets to chill our rosè! The rooms were nice & very clean. Personal espresso machine and fridge, along with a spacious balcony. The pool was a nice reprieve from the heat and had very comfy poolside seating. The breakfast was 15€ but was well worth it with the wide selection. The walk to the port and beaches was about 10 minutes. Only a couple minute walk to a bus stop, where you could easily travel to Villefranche-sur-Mer for €1.50. Would absolutely stay again!!!

Good small hotel with a great pool. Very conveniently situated, with easy access to the town and marina with a range of bars and restaurants. Walks along the coastal path and local bus services make it easy to explore further without a car.

Staff were excellent and really helpful and welcoming. Hotel is well situated on a free shuttle bus route as well as local bus service connecting with Beaulieu sur Mer railway station making it very easy to explore the spectacular coastline.
