Bad

Rooms were cleaned daily and towels replaced daily, one day they forgot to replace towels and the front desk replaced without question. Staff was polite and greeted us almost everytime we entered. Pool was nice and grounds were clean. They did not always give a new roll of toilet paper but mostly every day. One night a few guests were very loud and they were told to stop being loud around 11 which is fair. oxxo just down the street, coffee shop and subway right next to the building is a plus. road had construction right out front and could hardly hear anything inside. wifi wasn't bad, videos would load fine but sometimes would stop for a moment to load more. Overall good stay and would recommend.

I don't know where to start. First I want to mention I only stayed a night out of the 5 I booked because I didn't like it I moved to another hotel and preferred to lose the money on the booking than stay there. Area is a construction site and has mounts of mud in front, cars and pedestrians have to go around the block to access the site.The motel has a pool and a nice yard, staff is friendly. When I checked in towels were missing from my room. Walls were dirty (could be mold too) and beds have dirty coverings. Beds are hard. No tv remote though tv is advertised. Safe locker doesn't work. The floors and shower appeared clean but the overall vibe is very depressing. Door has holes and a filmsy door knob so I didn't feel safe sleeping there for a night on my own. Maybe great for a family on a budget but not safe for a solo woman traveler. I didn't like the area within walking distance there wasn't much to do, restaurants in Versalles close early, there's a club open late and that's it. Hard to walk around due to the construction anyway. Definitely don't go there if you want to be close to better options or if you are travelling solo, it's depressing. Otherwise a decent cheap options but to be honest I wouldn't pay nore than $10 a night for this.

No ice machine. No security. No shelves or drawers for clothes - have to live out of your suitcase. people swimming in the pool at midnight & later. No lounges around the pool except for the last few days before I checked out

Enjoyed our stay & staff excellent in handling any issues. Like the Mexican feel of the hotel & location was perfect for buses & shopping.

The staff were excellent, very polite, friendly. The location is great. The hotel beds are very hard The pool is not very clean, water is very cloudy.

This is not a holiday inn but it is an nice place to enjoy the local culture. People are super helpful. Room was old style motel with minimum appurtenances. Tv, ac, safe, towels. Keep an open mind and enjoy the beautiful setting and pool. Good central location, close to main bus routes.

It’s an older hotel but it was clean and well kept. We found the Family room was not very big for 3 adults and 2 children compared to some of the other hotels. Overall, we enjoyed our stay here.

The initial listing said there was a restaurant on property. It has since closed indefinitely. The pool is not heated, but the weather was warm enough that it was tolerable, even refreshing once the day heated up. The room was clean enough, but spare.It was well within my expectations, but if you are looking for amenities, this is not your place. One downside for me was the incessant, pounding music the motel turns on poolside at about 11am, and stays on into the evening. Not a relaxing place to sit and read by midmorning. And one evening there were a number of shrieking, running and screaming children that no one seemed fit to control. Which went on till nearly midnight. I am jot against children, I have two of my own. Who would not have been permitted to carry on like that. And the hotel staff seemed oblivious There is a lovely cafe three doors down, and another one several blocks up around the corner.

Nice beds! A good size shower, and breakfast was great! and the staff is very helpful, The Beach is close. good restaurants close by. ill come back next trip. Thanks

This is the second time I have stayed at this property and I love it. The rooms are somewhat sparse, but clean and comfortable. The restaurant is excellent. Jesús is a fine waiter and very attentive. I enjoyed every day I was there during my three weeks stay. You will too. Enjoy!

Pool and service

the pool was nice and everything was clean. It has a nice family feel to it. The Expedia page said there was parking and breakfast included and neither were true. Also the shower was cold. Not bad, though, for a last-minute booking during spring break

It is a run down place and doesn’t look anything like in the picture. No food or drink included, area is shady. Wifi doesn’t work and you have to pay to get the tv remote and ac remote. Don’t book

I stayed here for about 5 days, check in took about 20 minutes. I was charged more than the original price, when i checked in my roon i was surprised with the smallest beds and the smallest bathroom. The shower did not close all the way so we heard water droplets all night … the first day we had no electricity and no water and we could not shower after our long flight The tv did not work for 4 days! I would not recommend this place if you like comfort

I dont like this hotel for many resons. 1. No internet. 2. Window in toilet broken, for this is si much mosquito. 3. So much noise. 4 no safe place to leave belongigs, even in reception not sugestet to leave mi laptop in the room. 5. Dor lock looks not safe. 6. Door have hols 6. And is expencive for price i payd.

This was the worse experience ever!!! They lied about everything no breakfast included no parking !! Staff was rude no tv remote included unless you pay extra

The room was clean and basic. Good a/c. The pool was fun to enjoy and the public areas too. The lobby is nicely decorated. The hotel is located to a lot of places to eat and drink.

The AC was not working and the room was dirty. They stated that they were full and the room was the only one available. I stayed on the line for over an hour trying to get someone from Hotels.com to figure out how to get out of the reservation with no luck. A staff gave us a different room and we were able to stay.
