Beautiful hotel, great bars, great music, great location and the food was fantastic with loads of options and daily specials. We had room 2219 which was straight on top the western saloon bar which was noisy to say the least but we loved the liveliness of it! All in all brilliant stay

Food and facilities were very good at the hotel.The 2 bedroomed room we had didn't have a door on the bedroom so was very disappointed. The pool area was very clean even though very busy.There was a grumpy receptionist that wasn't helpful as i was trying to organise my husbands 70th birthday whilst there.They did leave a bottle of cava for him in our room but we had already arranged a meal for our group so wasn't used.Wouldnt book a 2 bed family room again as its just not worth the extra money.

Hotel is very clean and well positioned.

We like the proximity to downtown. It’s on the busiest bar/club street. The downside of this was the noise from the street. Hotel was clean. Staff was friendly. The food was a huge buffet. At the buffet, you would have to pay for beer and wine which is understandable, but we also had to pay for soft drinks which I think should’ve been included. The bathrooms are very small including the shower area. Our shower drain stayed clogged entire stay and water would pour into the bath floor. We stayed in March which they consider to be winter, therefore they had no air condition allowed to be turned on. Our room stayed hot and we had to keep the balcony doors open the entire stay, which in turn made it noisy from the street level. That was our biggest complaint. My wife dislikes that she had to pay for coffee in the room. I also disliked that the parking garage in the basement was $20e a day and was extremely tight to park a very tiny SUV in. Plus each time you would leave the parking garage, you had to pull up to the gate, walk through the door and push a button and ask them to open the gate. It was very inconvenient. There is on street parking but it’s regulated for certain times only. The pool was great, the pool area and general area was very clean. The staff was always friendly. The indoor bar was great as well. The bus stop is very close and convenient if you need to bus in. The walk to the ocean is very close and if you like to hike, you can hike directly to LaCruz

location was fab, food excellent rooms, were comfortable and staff were friendly and helpful. the spa was so relaxing. would definitely book again

Loverly hotel situated perfectly. Staff are amazing and polite except the (I think restaurant manager) who was incredibly rude and abrupt.

The hotel is in a central location but it is loud inside and out all night. You can’t leave doors open for fresh air. The air conditioning was not on so rooms stuffy and unpleasant. It’s not a 4* hotel - extra charges for everything including coffee tray replenishment, pool towels etc. The toiletries in the bathroom never replaced. Floors not cleaned at all during a weeks stay. Balcony never brushed or mopped after rain made it dirty. The hotel accepted massive groups of teenagers, football team, they were loud and completely decimated the buffet that was so so slow to be replenished. The food was ok but always luke warm and lacked any variety. Overall a very average hotel where you’ll struggle to sleep.

Staff in all departments were very helpful & friendly, food was amazing,it was great having 2 bars to choose from entertainment every night very central location will definitely be back.Thanks for a wonderful break

Liked everything about this hotel from reception staff when we walked through the door till we left very welcoming & friendly had great nights in the bars hardly went anywhere else & food was lovely & plenty will definitely be back

Great hotel very modern and fresh , choice of food was always good. Only negative is you have to pay 18€ to use the indoor pool for upto 2 hours

We were very impressed with the hotel but we had a problem with the lifts as we dont think you have enough for the size of the hotel as the waiting could be quiet long also the wifi wasnt very good i put this down to the ammount of people using it but this hasnt put me off as the hotel really lived up to expectations

This hotel is at the heart of the new town and os one of the best. The staff are just so friendly and helpful. Paco and Jesus have served in the concert bar inside and out for years, say hello. Son amigos.

Hotel is modern, clean and smells lovely. Had a lovely pool/street view room. Pros are centrally located, soundproofed doors, rooms nice, price was good. Cons could not get a bed around the pool for love nor money, food wasnt great ie pork vindaloo chops, broccoli cheese, chips, croquette with gravy etc nothing matched. Gave up after first few attempts. Never went to evening meal even tho it was included as breakfast and lunch was not great. Overall had a lovely week but used as a base only.

The hotel itself is very nice . Very modern looking and the amenities are brilliant. Beds are somewhat comfy but rhe pillows are awful. Foodwise. Quite a large variety. However....no oranges at breakfast and for tea every single dish was british apart from the occasional 3 meals that are "special', of which, ironically, none were spanish. They served indian one day, chinese and mexican on two others. Extremely disappointed in the food. There was not a single spanish dish on any of the nights and that was our biggest peeve. We were in spain . Its part of the experience to eat the cuisine. Yet none was on offer. If i wanted to eat british food, i would have stayed home. The food wasnt the best quality either. But there was plenty to choose from. On arrival we also had problems. They gave us our key card, we proceeded up to the room to be greeted by a woman in a towel. Hotel staff had no idea how the room was already occupied as they said that itd been allocated to us and there was noone elses info in their system for that room
