It's situated in a quiet street and very near to everything like shop, woolies, kmart and restaurants. Walking distance to Esplanade aswell. Spacious, kitchen has complete basic utensils and a lot of pots with ricecooker. Also, very clean. Linens and towels are white and clean.

This is our 2nd time staying in the ground floor 1-bedroom apartment and we’ll definitely be back.
We travel around the ACT / NSW / VIC region regularly and this apartment has set a very high bench-mark against which all others are judged.
This apartment comes out on top every single time!
Lots of space in the bedroom/living room, a huge TV, an enormous bathroom, a full-sized washing machine & clothes dryer, huge amount of cupboard space … it has everything we need

Highly recommend! Super clean, close to the town centre, equiped with all mod-con appliances. Beds , doonas and pillows were crisp and comfy. Fantastic value for money. Don’t hesitate to book.

We stayed in the studio apartment and it was great. Had everything we needed for our stay. First time we have stayed at Almfi so would have prefered a guest reception desk but found that all the information we needed was just a phone call away and they were very helpful.

Reviews were good. However Property very run down. Mould in bathroom. Broken door in kitchen. Bedroom door would not stay open and had to prop things in front of it. Dishwasher had a large sign “out of order”. Sign curling around edges so had apparently been there for considerable time. Door in garage would not open. Wrote to management who said they would look into it. I hope so for future guests. Very expensive for what was offered. Would never stay there again

We've stayed before, several years ago. I'm certain that the pool was heated previously, but it's not now. Rooms were showing their age, with doors hard to open or close as was the case with the shower. Disappointed that office is now unattended. Location is still the strong point. Not sure I would stay again.

Great apartment with a kitchen. Stayed in a 1 bedroom, separate lounge with a nice big TV. Nice clean and spacious, good wi-fi and the best reclining chairs. Would definitely go back, highly recommended.

I am very impressed with size of studio apartment. The bed room and bathroom are very spacious and extremely clean. The place looks new with all comforts like reverse cycle ac, washing machine, microwave and electrical appliances. It is on a quite street and close to shops and restaurants on esplanade. The customer support was very prompt and excellent.
I strongly recommend this place.

A very neat and tidy apartment, plenty of room, no foxtel but had netflix. A short walk to shops and picturesque views of the waterways

5/5 cleanliness. There was a washing machine and dryer which made life easier. Any time we needed anything, reception was only a phone call away and a maintenance person would come with whatever we needed. To be specific, we had a fan that didn’t work, so it was replaced quickly and we needed more toilet paper on our last night, which was delivered within half an hour of our request.
The pool was fab. Highly recommend coming here with kids!

As seniors were not happy with code check in, and unable to access the apartment information located on wall with ease, so unable to use wifi. Also distance we had to walk from car park to accommodation with luggage.

Didn't like how we had to get the key.They sent two txts with the code for the lockbox to get the key & neither came through.Not their fault maybe.Everything else was perfect for us

Remote check-in needs everything already checked and provided to guarantee a good stay.
We had WiFi that didn't work and no hot water.
Water was resolved by a room change in the morning but was inconvenient.
Cleaning and maintenance staff were very nice.

Great place to stay. Apartment was well set up for a four night stay. Great location within walking distance to river, shops and beach.

Clean, comfortable with a top quality bed. All appliances were quality brands and quite new. Linen and towels were good brands and in very good condition.
Close walk to most attractions, but in a quiet street so no noise problems.
Value for money, this is virtually unbeatable. Our stay was four nights and all went very well

tv way too complex - had to get emergency help to get it to work but he came quickly and got it sorted. simple system and instructions would help
