This is a very clean and convenient hotel. The shuttle service was key; punctual and spotless.

Just ok if you need something closer to the airpor. Shuttle ok. Restaurant , better if you avoid it

The hotel was neat and clean. The room was very nice and comfortable. However, the service in the bar/lounge and dining area was the worst we have ever experienced. The staff was rude and unwelcoming. The bar people had no idea how to make very simple cocktails and took forever to figure out how. Every waiter acted like they were extremely put out that they had to serve us. The food took forever to get to our table and when it did arrive, it was almost inedible. My husband never got his food, our friend received something completely different than what she ordered. We had to beg for some bread, the service was horrible. Such a bad experience we have never had. The hotel is far away from any other restaurants, so you are stuck with these rude unwelcoming people. We were there two nights and wished we had never booked this hotel. Stay away from this one. You will be very uncomfortable and dissatisfied. Also the decor is stark and cold, just like the service people. Horrible experience!! Stay away!!!

We arrived by motorcycle off the ferry from Dubrovnik. The hotel is easy to find, well appointed and more than enough parking. The staff was quite friendly and helpful and very nice. The property is very clean and modern. The food in the dinning room is excellent and they make a good drink! Breakfast was also very nice. We loved our stay here and were sorry to go but Rome called. This is an Outstanding Hotel. 10/10. 5 Stars.

Great accommodation close to the airport with free shuttle. The food at the restaurant was pretty good and there is a train to get to Bari close by. I would recommend if you have an early flight.

Asked for extra pillow after chk in (2130)assured it would be sent straight away. Never appeared resulting in disappointing nights sleep. Breakfast was poor no fresh cut fruit and below standard selection of items for a 4* hotel

It was a great hotel right by the airport which is a short 15-20 minute walk. The hotel itself is great, helpful staff, a nice Italian breakfast.

It was a shambolic experience, you should not list hotel that don’t deserve to be rated 4/5 star hotel which infact it is maximum 1. It will be a great time consuming going in to details, I will from now on not use EXPEDIA you guys are not at all reliable. I will however as soon as I can will write a letter to the major daily newspapers and social network.
