The staff can be strange it’s like this is a training hotel for a bigger chain.

Definitely not a 4 star hotel, hotel is tired and in need of refurbishment. Breakfast very poor, undercooked sausage and bacon, awful coffee, lack of choice in pastries, yoghurt etc. Reception insisted on photo ID in arrival, not sure why but uncomfortable providing personal info when booking email should suffice.

Room was fine. But matteress terrible. Did not get a good nights sleep. Need to change mattresses.

Nice and friendly staff. Hotel need a little bit of and upgrade re paintwork and furnitures. Close to and easy access to Heathrow and Twickenham 👍

The restaurant was amazing Super good food

Stayed only one night but wasn't impressed. This is not a 4star hotel as it says on the description. It's a run down 2.5-3 star hotel: linen and towels of very poor quality, facility isn't very well kept; breakfast is inedible: an egg goo that formed a crust under the hating lamp, packed bread, a yogurt bowl and some stale granola. Luckily they did have some melon which was great.

Good hotel stay…Warm and welcoming staff. The front of staff member Fernandez was helpful and insightful about the local area.

For the price really good option, clean and well kept room particularly as solo travel with single rooms.

We have stayed at this hotels so many times and every time it always pleases us . The rooms are clean the TV works the bathrooms are excellent and the location is so perfect

Working system is very bad and complicated, only can pay for a day , have to pay every day during the stay check out time is also very early

Quite a small carpark considering the size of the hotel! And you have to pay £12 for the privilege to park! Quick check in and for some reason you have to show them photo ID, so I showed my work one which has a photo but they wanted to see my driving license! Surely an email confirmation as I booked the room and said my name is enough?? Not many hotels do this but it bugs the hell out of me when they do as it's personal info on it! 4 lifts to all the floors. The room was spacious and well decorated. The shower room was a good size too. Bed super comfortable Wifi excellent Shower hot and powerful Mini fridge in the room A fantastic view over London! Breakfast not included but could be added if wanted. Location close to Heathrow airport and lots of Indian restaurants!!! Would stay here again if it's a good price.

A lot of things in the property didn’t work. Staff was helpful but the room was pretty basic and nothing inside worked like the coffee pot and some of the outlets

Staff unhelpful. Dismissive in sorting out problems During my stay.

The two ladies at the reception were polite. Unfortunately, my stay was unexpected. The room was not clean, with a lot of dust and bugs. Thank God I had my disposable sheets and towels, as both provided by the hotel were not clean well. The kettle was dirty and still had water in it. I asked for a new one and was given. There was a lot of noise because the walls are not soundproof. This hotel should be rated 2 or 3 stars, not 4 stars!

Not recommended. Had booked for 2 nights was told on 1st night that everything well I should be able to rest after long flight. Was woken up to be told need to vacate property. Staff blunt and horrible not recommended.

I loved the air conditioning and black out curtain.
