When I stay at a hotel the most important thing to me is my comfort of sleep. This one failed pretty hard in providing it. We were put in a room that is right next to an elevator that makes insane screeching noises on top of it's normal operating ones. It kept going up and down well into the night even though we stayed during period when there aren't lot of people traveling anymore. On top of that you can hear everything happening in the corridor through the apparently paper thin doors and also the tram noises through the windows. So I urge anyone that wants to stay here to take ear plugs, as the elevator is kind of a central fixture and close to every room. As for the good things: - The location is awesome, everything is close and the free parking is a giant advantage against other places to stay in Poznań. - The breakfast offering is small, but everything tastes great. - The free tea comes with nice cookies too : )

Overall experience is really good , the room could have a refrigerator and in the end of breakfast there was really not much left . 9 of 10 points

This is a nice hotel in a great location. Nice room and friendly staff. Fresh coffee and cookies available anytime. Breakfast was also very good. Free onsite parking. I recommend this hotel.

We arrived and had planned to stay one night only, but loved the hotel and the town so much that we added an extra night within 3 hours of arriving. Everything is perfect. The service is fantastic. The room is very comfortable and the parking a breeze. Great location for exploring the town on foot or by tram. Breakfast is eye candy. Colorful and good coffee and tea all day long along with cookies aka biscuits.

Very helpful staff. Close to market square for dining, drinks and sightseeing. Also close to a large shopping mall built in an old brewery complex. Would definitely stay here again.

A friendly hotel with nice staff. Clean, nice rooms with comfortable beds. Free tea and coffee in their patio. The hotel is situated just 3-4mins from the downtown area of Poznań, making it easy to walk for food, drinks and sightseeing.

The hotel is reasonably nice, clean, maintained and comfortable. Not outstanding in any way except the staff were very good, friendly and seemed happy to accommodate. I'd say it's a decent place to sleep but would not want to hang out there. The breakfast courtyard is quite nice and the breakfast spread looked decent though I didn't try it so cannot attest to the food itself. The location is what I personally wanted but it is not in the nicest part of Stare Miasto. The street itself is a little seedy. I happened to stay during one of the worst heat waves in Europe and can happily say the air conditioning was excellent in both my room and the public areas. Nice and quiet and held the temperature steady, not one of those cheap under-window units that wakes you up at night and vacillates between too hot and too cold.

This was a good place to stop on our journey through Poland, a very beautiful town. The hotel was just lovely - the breakfast area was amazing!

No all rooms have a/c. The fourth floor had small rooms no a/c and dirty curtains. Parking is free for only the first 8 cars.Breakfast was great. Nice lounge area to spend the evening in. Wonderful fresh flowers throughout the lobby and lounge.

Very nice hotel, close to old Town which is beautiful. The hotel staff were very helpful and nothing was too much trouble. A nice touch was being able to get tea or coffee at any time, all included in price. Breakfast - excellent. The only problem was that the weather was extremely hot so the bedrooms were hot which made sleeping difficult. Otherwise room was lovely.

My wife and I booked the hotel to enjoy a 2 night break and selected the Hotel Stare Miasto close to the centre of Poznan. It is located in the old part of the town and the immediate surroundings and streets are somewhat rundown and yet to be renovated but don't let that put you off. The hotel itself is clean, quiet and offers a very comfortable stay, and is only a 5-10min walk from the main square ("Stare Rynek") in the centre of the old town (Stare Miasto) . Only a breakfast buffet is offered but good value and well worth taking up. Guests can have a tea or coffee in the dining room at any time with the staff only too willing to make any type of tea or coffee requested. We took advantage of this several times during our stay and saw nobody else so had an undisturbed refreshment. The rooms are good too.

We had stayed only few nights but I was overwhelmed by the staff positive attitude, room was clean, hotel staff always willing to go extra mile. Breakfast had variety of choices We left this place 100% happy. Thank you
