My stay was amazing! Amazing Staff, Location and Space. I will be staying again!
I was not able to find the sauna, but I'll have them show me at check-in next time. They did tell me hotel guests have use of the Gym at Novelty Suites. Kitchen was equipped, Carulla and Oviedo Mall shopping across the street- LIRTERELY! I wish there was a TV in the common area. The bed was extremely hard BUT did NOT sink! Great linens and pillows. I do sleep on a very hard bed but it could use a pillow layer. LOVED IT

The property has a great location, the cleanliness of the property and the amenities are excellent. All the staff from the security guard, cleaning staff, administration and Adi's delicious breakfasts were top! I will definitely come back.

Really nice hotel and well located near malls and restaurants, casino's, supermarket, pharmacy. Staff are really nice and helpful. With a security 24h by the door. The rooms are beautiful and big with a washer and dryer and a kitchen that have everything. Highly recommended!!!

Excellent value apartment in the centre of Poblado next to the Centro Commercial Oviedo with plenty of shops restaurants and bars - also nearby casinos and top fashion shops. The apartment is very spacious, kitchen area with all necessary equipment to self cater as well as a laundry room. My living room has a great view over Medellin, especially at night when the city lights up. bed v.comfy, living room nicely laid out with comfy chairs and large dining table. Buffet breakfast included on ground floor which was very sufficient (fruits, juices, cereals, cold meats and cheese, omelette, rolls and cakes etc..) and extremely nice and friendly staff from the security guards on duty to the breakfast staff and receptionist. Muchas gracias!

Great location. Large apartment. Safe. Supermarket directly across from the apartment. Breakfast was very good. I had a 1 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment. Washing machine, hang dry clothes. Wifi was decent. I’ll definitely stay again.

This property was located in a very beautiful and convenient area of Poblado with a nice shopping mall across the street and anything you need within walking distance. The size of the apartment was perfect for our needs and the breakfast was very good. The staff at the dining area were extremely kind and catering. Would absolutely stay here again.

The property was just as advertised. The location was fabulous walking distance to what ever we wanted to do. The staff was friendly and courteous. We would stay there again. The only thing is there needs to be a television in the sitting area.

Been here 3 times already and it's never a disappointment. Very Spacious! Right across the street from to Ovideo Mall and Grocery store. Less than a 5 minutes walk to fitness center and Starbucks. Clothes washer in the apartment. Hard to beat anywhere in El Poblado

I liked the cleanliness and the apartahotel concept of it. It’s an excellent option while traveling with infants or elderly. The location is wonderful. The people there, nice and helpful.
However… the lack of airconditioning outside the bedroom was a big disappointment and the use of a fan was not enough for 2 other persons having to sleep in the livingroom. Having a tv only in the small bedroom for 2 was not practical since you can’t be all 4 in the bedroom. Also having to fix the sofabed for the night and breaking it up for the day is a bit of a hassle. If I have to travel back to Medellin l will not consider staying there anymore if these very important matters of comfort are not upgraded.

Very central location for what I had to do. Inexpensive, especially for two beds and two baths. Excellent office and front door staff. Even includes parking space. Would stay there again.

My stay was great until one of the men at the front desk tried to get extra money from me, by saying I used some of the free drinks and candy in my room. Which I never touched any of it. Also he was unable to confirm if I had paid for my stay. And this was during check out, while I have a taxi waiting for me outside to get to the airport. I had to show him my receipt that I had paid for my hotel before I even arrived in the country. So this was the only pain in the butt I had.

Everything was ok, the only problem I had was the a/c unit, only equip in the bedroom and the unit was loud. Living room area was hot, and I had to turn off the unit in the night to kept me sleep.
