Probably the best hotel I’ve stayed. The vibes are amazing French villa style. The pool area is so beautiful and relaxing. The staff are all welcoming and most speak English pretty well. Highly recommend for anyone visiting at Tropez. Walking distance to the shops and markets but they also offer shuttle service if you need it. Thank you for a wonderful time

Amazing hotel and wonderful staff Classic with a young look and feel

This is truly a beautiful hotel. The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful, they go out of their way to make sure you are getting the 5 star quality and service you are paying for. The concierge, Ali, was incredibly helpful during our stay, assisting us with recommendations and helping with reservations at the restaurants in town. Don't kid yourself, this hotel isn't brand new or modern, but it is incredibly charming and what you would hope a luxury stay in the french riviera would be. The chauffeur service is very helpful as taxis and Ubers are hard to come by in the city, their pool is gorgeous and secluded, and you'll be surrounded by mature trees and perfectly maintained grounds. The location is great as it is close to both the port, the city and the popular beaches. Highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking to stay in Saint Tropez. It is not cheap, but you walk away feeling like you got your moneys worth staying at a true 5 star hotel.

Property needs renovations. AC doesn’t cover duplex room, had to buy a fan to stay cool. Mosquitoes in the room and property as well is not treated for mosquitoes. Breakfast is excellent as well as location. Nice and welcoming staff

We liked staying at this property. It is a 10 min walk from downtown Saint Tropez. The receptionist spoke good english. The room had a beautiful garden, the breakfast was very good and we also liked their pool.

Lovely hotel with very friendly staff and a lovely atmosphere. Rooms (and bathrooms) were a tiny bit dated, but the whole hotel had a lovely French charm. Breakfast, and dinner was great, and the terrace on the courtyard along with the pool a real highlight. I would absolutely stay again.

Charming hotel within 10 minutes walk to center of town. Excellent pool situation complete with fantastic food and drink.

Very nice stay and would live to come back!

This hotel got it totally right! From the start to Finnish we was made feel like a toyalty! Their staff is attentive and see every move you make. No need to look for winter as they are there for anything you need before you even think of it. Hotel is set in a beautiful grounds, rooms are very clean and spacious , they provide free shuttle service and free car park. Breakfast is amazing all a la card but so yummy! Fresh orange juice was a perfect temperature as well! It’s 5 min drive from centre of st tropez too. Top hotel and lovely staff team! Pool is large enough to have a decent swim and towels are provided to you.

We did 3 stops in France and this was our favorite. Great hotel, nice size rooms and the service was the best I’ve had. Very convenient to restaurants and they even had a shuttle that took us back and forth to town.

Beautiful property and grounds with the most amazing staff

Had gaurenteed three day reservation. Had illness and could not show up till last day. Even though I had pre paid entire amount they charged again when I showed up. Making me pay twice for the same room. Unacceptable. Even though I called and told them of my illness they said if you don’t show up on time your reservation is cancelled. Unethical

We adored staying in La Mandarine! It was a paradise just outside of town with a sprawling footprint, beautiful courtyards, pool and gardens, and extremely friendly and helpful staff. The concierge, Karin, was fabulous! She gave us incredible beach, restaurant, and nightlife recommendations and worked tirelessly to get us reservations amid a long weekend for the French bank holidays. I will absolutely be returning to St Tropez and La Mandarine - I wouldn’t stay anywhere else in St Tropez!

We went right before the main season began, so the place was amazing and not crowded.
