Excellent location. Good clean rooms. Nice breakfast.
Some issues with their payment terminals. Don’t work correctly. The card terminal showed payment declined, however the card was charged.
When I offered the 2nd card, the card terminal accepted the payment, but in fact the payment got reversed back.
Could not figure out why. However the hotel received the payment from my 1st card, so all went well.

This is a very nice hotel. Not only the location, which is few minutes walk from train stable, but also its comfortable room and good quality breakfast. Staff are very helpful and friendly, especially the lady receptionist we met. We had city view facing Bahnhofstrasse, which was nice especially in the evening. This hotel made our last night in Switzerland a perfect visit.

The location !breakfast was quite good
It is bit old although they say that they renovate it , the bathroom had a bad smell, there were no slippers,no bathrobe, the room very small, the elevator very old, I am still waiting for the receipt in my email!!!!

Très pratique, emplacement proche de la gare. Calme. Chambre spacieuse.
Personnel d’accueil à la réception pas souriant, peu accueillant et peu chaleureux. Lit de la chambre 204 désespérément inconfortable car extrêmement dur. Cousins sans forme et mauvais soutient. Nous avons très mal dormi.

Location was excellent, located right in the heart of Zurich next to the main train station. The hotel was clean and well provided for, and staff were very helpful in lending me an adaptor for the sockets which weren't the usual European plugs. The room was a single room with a single bed, which was perfect for my trip.
Breakfast wasn't included in my booking, but I paid for one day of it - it was okay, some scrambled eggs, sausages and pastries/toast, but wouldn't say it was great value for money. That said, you'd be hard pressed to find anything in the "value for money" category in Zurich anyway so not really a fault of the hotel.

- Location is unbeatable
- the staff are quite friendly
- good sized room
- beds are comfortable
- room can quite stuffy, but is easily resolved by opening the windows.
Housekeeping could really be better, soap stains on the bathroom door when we checked in, 7 nights later, it's still there when we left. They had provided a coffee machine in the room, but with the layer of dust that seemed to have been there for months, i really would drink from the machine.
