for the 1st night I was given a room that is probably for the duty manager as it didn’t have a number and was located in top of the hotel restaurant which was super noisy until after 11:30 pm and the smell of the grill infused into the room. The second day this room was changed.

We had just a short stay of 1 night in Zürich and just needed a place to sleep. The hotel room and bathroom are decent and clean, the breakfast (served at the restaurant next to it) is ok, but nothing special. The location is very good, but you cannot reach the hotel by car, as it is located in a pedestrian zone. There is a paid public parking nearby.

Bed was very comfy. Location is great, really central. Room was big for me on my own but I think that there was also a sofa-bed so would work well with a family. Everything recently renovated and modern and clean. I didn't need or use the room during that day as I was working, but if you were visiting Zurich it would make a great base due to its central location.
Water pressure in the shower was poor - a bit of a dribble...

The location was excellent with a lot of restaurants and some sites of interest close by. The shower was excellent !
No aircon in the room was a draw back for me. A fan going all night is never great for a good sleep.

We happened to stay on a very hot night, no fan provided. It was so hot and stuffy that was woken up few times throughout the night.
