Good central location

We were in the older section of the hotel so there was no elevator, but we were on the first floor so one flight of stairs was fine. The beds were very comfortable, and the shower had great water pressure. Our friends were in the never building which has balconies and an elevator. Theybloved their bed and shower too.

Excellent location. Walking distance to restaurants, bars, entry to Gubałówka. Hotel room was very quiet and our sleep wasn’t disturbed by any noise from the street.

Fantastic location right on the main pedestrian street. Gorgeous hotel restaurant. Very good food. Room was large and clean. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We loved our stay at Sabała and wish we coild stay longer.

The staff were really friendly, helpful and nothing was too much for them especially as we are not polish and the communication was not always easy for us.

Close to all attractions and great breakfast

Wonderful hotel, we had a great stay. The reception staff were so friendly and helpful, they even arranged for us to have a packed lunch on our last day as we left before breakfast! We had an amazing view of the hills from our room too!

Hotel with long and rich history. Wooden Tatra mountain architecture.Located right on main pedestrian street with a lot of activities. Staff is so nice ,they treat you like lovely family. Superb tasty and high quality polish food in restaurant on site.

Nice hotel located in the heart of Zakopane. Recommended for these who want to stay in vibrant and lively place and don't mind noise. Comfy and clean rooms. Lovely concierge and reception staff. Sadly we have experienced very poor service from breakfast waitress. She was rude and unhelpful This had a negative impact on our satisfaction and we wouldn't come back.

The hotel has beautiful architecture, a great restaurant and beautiful rooms. The paid parking is in a sealed garage that is completely secure. The hotel is right in the middle of old town so all you have to do is step outside your door and you’re right in it.

We had a wonderful time during our stay! The breakfast was very good. I loved the restaurant. I also recommend getting a massage while you’re here, it was fabulous.

Overall the hotel is great choice for hiking weekend gateway to Zakopane. Location - 10min walk from the bus station and the buses to the main attractions i.ex. Morskie Oko, Kuźnice for Kasprowy Wierch; also walking distance to the start point of other hikes. In the middle of Krupówki street so plenty of shops (inc. grocery stores) around. I guess during the season this area feels very crowded and noisy but at the beginning of June we didnt have any issues: the room was quiet, overlooking parking, only a couple of tables taken during the breakfast. Room - spacious, decorated in a regional style, with good wifi signal, TV and kettle in a room, table with two chairs. We had a private balcony, great way to relax after a day long hike away from the crowds. There is also a swimming pool and sauna in the hotel for free for hotel guests. Breakfast - cold and hot options, omlette/ scrambled eggs can be prepared on request, freshly baked bread really delicious. We didnt have any meals (except breakfast) in the hotel restaurant so cannot comment on this; the reception service was really friendly and helpful, the same during the breakfast. Id stay here again (really like the regional decor and the location) but outside the main season. Im not sure if there is a lift in the hotel so for some guests this could be problematic as all rooms are located on 1st, 2nd or 3rd floor.

Lovely building and great location with friendly and helpful staff - shame about the scaffolding outside our room, luckily it was only 1 nights stay and that will be gone soon im sure

Very nice hotel with a good location. The breakfast buffet was diverse and good and there was a cook cook to order chef for scrambles. I also had dinner at the restaurant on the outside terrace and it was fantastic!

A great hotel right in the heart of Zakopane. You cant go wrong and Ill definitely be staying here if I am ever back in Zakopane.

Great hotel. Very solicitious staff, wonderful breakfast included, very convenient location. The only down side was no AC. It was hot and had to keep the window open, but there are no screeens so could not keep it totally open because of the mosquitoes. It would excellent on all counts if it wasnt for the heat. Still recommend it highly and will stay again off season.
