Everything was lovely

Enjoyed our stay to the max. The only thing is that on our departure day, we needed breakfast to be ready by 07.00 and that was not the case for us on a Sunday. It turned out to be a bit stressful, but the breakfast itself is of great quality and highly recommended. The signature junior suite was truly a great choice 👍

Front desk people aren’t friendly at all they are very unorganized and rude I definitely don’t recommend this place.

We had a wonderful stay at H15 Boutique Hotel. The staff was lovely and very attentive. Our accommodations and the hotel amenities were excellent. The buffet breakfast had a great variety of food options. Signature Restaurant meals and drinks were delicious. The hotel is located in a more residential location with everything accessible within walking distance. I would highly recommend H15! Thank you!!!

Supposedly 5 Star, but nobody availablejto help with luggage. Not enough staff in general. Breakfast took ages although we were the only guests early in the morning. In the end we had to leave to the airport without breakfast. EUR 60 for breakfast wasted... (2 Pax)

This hotel is in perfect location close to everywhere but on quiet street with lots of top class dining options around. Super clean and super comfortable. Service was impeccable. Additionally they offer “pillow menu” where you can order pillow to your liking. Different level of hospitality. I stayed in luxury studio that had bedroom, 1,5 bathrooms and huge living room. Forget big chains and stay here.

I am really astonished with this property. Great location, classy design. Property well maintaned and clean. Welcoming front office staff. I have contacted hotel before arrival telling the purpose of my stay- they surprissed me nicely. The property and service are at the highest level. I Definitelly reccomend.

Lovely place with a luxury touch. I would have given them 5 stars had there not been an issue with hot water on the first night; while it wasnt their fault (municipality issue), they could have informed me so that I was aware.

I've been to many 5 star properties. This one my favorite overall because services and amenities here are just a little better. Also, I loved the stye and placement of the rooms.

I must say I do not usually leave reviews but for this hotel I must. It is one of the more prestigious hotels in Warsaw, my room was uber clean and breath taking, but unfortunately there were some things that made me write this review. Firstly, I did not expected such unprofessional check in for such hotel in that price range! They did not know that my booking covered paid breakfast and that as golden member of hotels.com I was guaranteed a bottle of complementary wine, which I NEVER RECEIVED. When I told them that my booking covered breakfast and a bottle of free wine they made me feel uncomfortable like I was trying to cheat them. Even though I took one of the better rooms there, I still was not treated with respect as other guests, maybe because of my casual outfit, or perhaps I was speaking Polish to them instead of English. Finally, at the breakfast once again they had to check my room number because they did not had my last name on a list which also took some extra time for them to figure it out and made me feel like I was trying to get free breakfast (maybe because of my casual look? Or perhaps I was speaking Polish to them). Breakfast was ordinary by the way nothing special, there are better places for breakfast for such price range or perhaps I am spoiled with better breakfasts in other hotels especially in Warsaw. Will I return? I am not sure. But once again, my room was very nice, super clean, and the view from balcony was breath taking.

Very nice hotel in a centre of Warsaw. We had a suite, so very spacious and comfortable. Restaurant in the hotel is very good. Dessert delicious. We can recommend the hotel to anyone looking for a special place to stay in Warsaw.
