The room itself was good, I had a king bed and the balance of furniture to room size was nice. It felt as though the room had been recently decorated and I always love the Coast Hotels for their variety of pillows, some soft some harder.
My furnace did not work and I was given an electric heater which blew the breaker in the middle of my last of three nights night. I awoke to a very cold room and no ability to use any of the electrical outlets on that side of the room. I'm easygoing and found it hilarious to plug the coffee maker into the same outlet as the hairdryer in the bathroom.
I wanted to let the front desk know about this and while she offered me a free breakfast in the lounge, I declined the offer as I needed to get on the road.
All in all, I would say the visit was good.

Was a good stay, but would like to see the hallways and stairwells updated. The room was newly renovated and very clean. Friendly staff.

James was such a breath of fresh air!! At the front desk he helped me numerous times as I did laundry, got locked out of my room, and even changed our room for us to accommodate us. So refreshing to have a smiling face to greet us ANY time I went to the front desk- THANKS JAMEs!!

We enjoyed the fact that we could stay close and not have to drive anywhere for dining options, as we wanted to relax this wknd.

There's no real issue. The upper parking area is being redone and wasn't available, leaving limited parking for patrons. Its a short term issue that will be naturally resolved, and isn't an actual complaint, just a statement of facts for this specific stay. I will return.

The room was small and poorly laid out. I did ask for an upgrade and that was granted but the overall room is not great quality.

Enjoyed our stay very much, the rooms have great blackout curtains and the whole room was very clean. The beds were comfortable but could have been a bit softer for my personal liking. I also would’ve liked the rooms to have a robe available for use at the hotels pool/sauna, but they do provide slides/shoes. Checking in and out was a breeze and every person I talked to at the front desk was super kind and helpful. I felt well looked after. The parking was good there was lots of overflow at the back, and they are currently expanding their parking from just an underground parkade to above ground as well.

Check in was a little longer than normal, but no biggie. Really liked the price, but the room we had was definitely not spacious. Bathrooms? Only room for one person at a time unless one person stands in the tub. The beds in our room were uncomfortable.

Lovely place, though during our stay there was loud repair work on the parkade, which meant noise during the day and fewer parking spaces available. All usual amenities, and a bidet toilet.

There was construction going on. Expedia did not say a word about this. This restricted the parking available to guests. Again Expedia did not say anything about this. I consider this poor customer relations.

Staff was very stiff and uncaring. Credit card would not work for some unknown reason, staff insisted in getting a $200 deposit. Sent me on a wild goose chase to find an atm. After an hour a Good Samaritan lent me $200. Come to find out the atm in the lobby to my debit card. Nice hotel, awful staff

Check-in was quick, professional and friendly. Room was great except the bathroom was very small. Overall, it was worth the price.
