Very comfortable bed. Breakfast awesome with freshly squeezed orange juice. No coffee sachets in room or on premises.

The only problem is that there is no restaurant at the hotel but a room service. Excepted that it was perfect.

Hotel is clean and modern but lacks any character abd is 20 minutes walk to the old city through suburbs and along a main road.

Rooms of good standard, but stay marred by lack of restaurant(post Covid ), and lack of other restaurants within easy walking distance, and pettiness over room supplies ( coffee, toilet rolls).

One night stay to do sight seeing in Vannes. City center is a 20 minutes walk. Free parking. Breakfast we didn't try. Everything looks very new, friendly staff. The place is more quiet than it seems when looking at the map. Definitely a good address.

I will definitely be staying with the Kyriad hotel group again! Very friendly staff, well maintained rooms with comfortable beds, and this hotel had free parking for our rental car.

The building is big, white, modern and soul-less - BUT:
the staff are very helpful, friendly and efficient,
the rooms are clean and everything works,
the breakfasts are very good (although not cheap),
the restaurant is good and not expensive (but not open weekends),
off-road secure car parking.
We had an enjoyable stay and are happy to recommend.

A very friendly welcome and the room was clean and well set out.

The owner is very friendly and i think she work with her job. But it's a good sign you see there is always help. for exampel the elevator was broken and she fix it in 10 min. There is a quiet way for going to the city center. The braekfast was very big and good. end result: a good price quality hotel!

The stay was good marred by one thing. The receptionist - it happened on three occasions + was talking on the telephone to other guests and. completely ignored my presence. She was just chatting and on two occasions I had to wait about 5 minutes for her to attend to me and on the third occasion I had to find another member of staff. Apart from that the hotel was very good and comfortable and the food at dinner good value for money

Nice hotel. But too much street noise to have window open during the night. But it was also a rather inexpensive business-hotel. Nice breakfast, nice and safe parking.

Lovely staff, very clean hotel in good condition. 15 minute walk to the centre of town. Could do with a few more parking spaces.

Staff were very robotic,almost as if they were tired with their jobs. The bedding in the rooms is far from luxury as pillows are tiny and covers thin.

The staff was exceptionally kind and helpful. They let me store my bags after checkout until my train arrived. They printed my train ticket for me and called me a cab. They went out of their way to take care of me. I would Highly recommend staying here.

Our sat nav had difficulty in locating the Kyriad but on arrival we found it on a roundabout some 10 mins drive from Vanne harbour. The rooms were ok but not enough wardrobe space, all French TV channels and a really hard bed! Strangely they do not provide sachets of coffee in the room just tea. We had drinks in the tiny lounge bar and ate in the hotel. Delicious food. We found the staff to be offhand with no pleasantries apart from the gentleman who checked us in.

Very nice hotel in Vannes...close to centre ville.the size of the room is above average for European standards. The bed is very comfortable and the ammenities were very good. The parking in the summer is a little challenging, be aware. Overall a very nice experience

The Kyriad is in a perfect location to explore this beautiful area of France. The staff is very nice and helpful. Our room was clean with good amenities. Ladies, bring hair conditioner if you use it. Reliable wifi and free car parking. We enjoyed our stay.

We stayed at this hotel and the room was clean and colour scheme is very pleasing with nice wood accents and solid furniture. The bed sheets and pilows made good soft feeling. I found it difficult to fault this hotel and that is why its got the prestige label. I loved the balcony that is ther in our room. The breakfast area are looked clean and airy, although we didn't have the chance to have breakfast. There is information at the door entrance for all the local events. There is room for parking for about 20 cars. Its a nice place, we would come again.
