I stay in hotels 10 to 20 times per year and this is one of my favorite places to stay. The water view rooms with a balcony are great. Rooms clean and the bathrooms are great as well. Tub can fit 2 people and the shower is spacious.

Last year we stayed in a corner room on the water front, it was large and bright and we had a great experience. This year we stayed on the "city view" side and it was a completely different experience. "City View" means the freeway and an encampment, the room was smaller and so were the beds. It was a bit of a depressing room.

Our objective was to go to Jack London Square. The property supposedly offers a shuttle but what they don’t say is the hours of the shuttle are early morning and late afternoon and it’s only going out. No pick ups

Great family stay for all of us. The rooms have plenty of space, good views and small pool and spa area. There's a small walkway by the water and a couple of fishing piers. Plenty of parking and feels very safe. The Lounge at their sister hotel seems like a nice place for drinks and good steak or salmon dinner.

I booked this Hotel for my son and I to stay somewhere with a pool and spa. The pool was not very clean and the spa was broken. The English Muffin I had for breakfast had mold on it.
The room itself was really pretty but if I wanted to sit a room all day I would have saved the money and stayed at home.
My son wouldn't even get in the pool. He said it was nasty.

Had huge line to get checked in. Only one person sitting down to do this and there was a big Baseball game. Our room was very nice. Not set up for our kid though to sleep. Not hotels fault but person above us paced for 7 hours and took 4 showers which were so loud that we thought our water was running. Overnight person at desk did call them and acted right away. It lasted for 2 hours then Mr. High heels decided to start pacing again! Horrid sleep and we were here for an event this morning and now have to drive back to LA exhausted. Again not fault of hotel.

The rooms were amazing - clean and super spacious, and we loved the balconies with views of the water! Our only issue was how thin the walls were. We had a connecting room with people not in our party and we could hear EVERYTHING they said and did, whether it be talking to each other in a normal voice, yelling at each other, blending drinks or watching TV. 😂 Kind of amusing until we wanted to go to sleep. We loved the rooms but it was a bummer that we couldn’t go to sleep when we wanted to due to the noise!

Love it here! Third time staying here and don't want to look anywhere else when visiting San Francisco. Clean, comfortable, good breakfast and be sure to het a room with a tub. Pack your bath boms!

The hotel and service were great! The location however is worse than terrible, lots of graffiti, trash, vandalism in the area. I will not be staying in this area ever again.

The facility looks nice. Unfortunately, we had ants in the bathroom, on the desk and on the coffee table. The tv worked fine until the picture went black and there was only audio. Right before we checked out the lights started flickering in the bathroom. We told management about the issues and they were apologetic. They comp’d our $17 parking fee.

Super friendly staff! Very clean room with all the amenities. Comfortable bed. Enjoyed a delicious steak dinner next door. Again, the bartender there was super friendly and gave us great service. Included breakfast at hotel was just “okay”. Views of water were nice and we could see SF from our room as well. Would recommend this place if you’re staying in Alameda.

Lovely hotel and location. Disappointed in cleaning services. We understand not changing sheets every day, but to only change towels and empty trash without removing/ replacing dirty glasses and at least making the bed was disappointing

We made a return visit to this property as we really enjoyed the hotel. The location is wonderful, staff is very friendly and helpful and the rooms are clean. We look forward to our next visit.

I enjoyed my time at this hotel. The rooms aren’t noise proof, so I requested a different room due to hearing kids running up and down above me. Then I was awaken in the middle of the night by security, because they forgot to update my room re-assignment in their system. So they thought my room was vacant. Anytime someone closes their room door, you’ll hear a loud slam. Imagine hearing a loud door slam every 10 minutes during check in hours? Overall the staff were kind & the hotel is close to the airport.

Love this property. Quiet and spacious rooms. Love that breakfast is included and the views of the ocean inlet is beautiful.

Was interesting as the parking stalls were half pavement and half dirt road making us think no parking was available. Until we got out and noticed that it was just rocks.

Was smooth and room was ready even though it was late. They even have vending machines that you can heat up a full meal.

The lights were flickering the entire time they would be turned on regardless of the switch/lamp.
The water from the bathtub was leaking from the handles.
The toilet wouldn’t flush so we had maintenance come and fix it and then the next flush after he left it stopped working because the toilet wouldn’t fill with water. We had to fill up the trash can with and dump in the tank to get it to flush.

Was good but the only meat they had was in the gravy. They said normally they do have a meat but just not today.
