Its a nice hotel, clean, safe. But I did have some issues, one I was triple charged, but they refunded it and the bed was a little worn out. Other than that great place

Our family had a wonderful stay here for 5 nights! Check in was quick and efficient by a young lady. Our room was perfect for the 4 of us. Housekeeping did a great job, daily with our room. The indoor pool was actually heated!!! Most hotels say heated pool but are always too cold to enjoy. We swim everyday. Someone was always vacuuming, cleaning windows or public restrooms! One the the cleanest hotels in years. Sharon, the nightly bartender was super friendly. Very engaging! Loved the nice towels and sheets in our room. Lots of restaurants, bars and activities close to the hotel.
Would highly recommend Embassy Suites!!!

Registration desk was wonderful. Breakfast was a bit disappointing. We arrived with over an hour of breakfast remaining. There wasn't any coffee or tea available! Buffet breakfast was served to you. Food was good. Evening reception was not pleasant. Bartender was not on time. She was rude to multiple guests & loudly voiced her irritation that guests had lined up awaiting service. She was obviously having a bad day. Rooms were amazing. Lobby is beautiful.

Just needed a safe, nice place to take a shower, bath, rest well. Found this a nice, safe place, Wonderful new clerk, name "O" knows hospitality. Lots of construction now, closing gym, figured I could shower there since my room didnt have water available for bath, I'd have really enjoyed this perfect room otherwise. Finally got a shower one morning at the pool wash off shower - a little too public, but I'm not real shy.

Was shocked at 10:30 at night when we arrived and the gal told me there was a $75.00 per deposit which was not on the website when I booked (hotels.com) at all. I was not happy at all.
Room was ok not great for $225. Refrigerator was not plugged in therefore not cold and stunk. The stench was so awful we could not unpack our cooler from our road trip (headed from Florida to Chicago). I have stayed at embassy suites before. Area great hotel lobby fantastic room just so so.

The people on the 4th floor that our room was on were having A party in the hallway. I went down and talked to A man at the front desk and asked to be moved to another room. He said that he did not have A room to move us to. And said he would go talk to them and ask them to be quite and stay in the rooms. I also called the front desk about 10:00 and told this was still going on. This went on both nights that we were there. We did not feel very safe staying at this hotel. I don't think that is fair to pay this much for A room and have to put up with all of this.

Nice, quiet area. Room was clean and staff was extremely kind and attentive. Spacious. Only negative comment is the the bathroom design in our suite. Bathroom door is not set up to lock.

Beautiful building and decor. We had a really nice room but we were missing the remote for the bedroom tv and couldn’t get it to work without a remote. Forgot to mention it to management. Breakfast was really good!!

Beds were too soft, elevators get stuck and I had yo walk down 6 flights of stairs with my 72 yr old mother but breakfast was amazing. Parking fills up fast! Very noise on a Friday night even after 10. Got no sleep!
