Reasonable price accommodation in central Oldham, Good value. Friendly service in dinning area.

This was a cheap / budget stay. Hotel next to a small 'industrial estate' and a dual carriageway. Some way out of town - approx. 20 minutes on foot. Hotel is clean enough and easy check in. Free Parking!! The room was quite big, but, the plaster was coming away from the window frames, the windows were quite grimy. The TV remote didn't work and neither did the taps or the shower in the bathroom! But it did the job that we booked it for - somewhere cheap to put our heads down after a long day.

Nice basic hotel with exceptional staff

Enjoyed the on site cafe when we arrived so didn't have to go out to eat although there's plenty of takeaway just over the road

It was cheap and cheerful the staff were very helpfull and polite it suited my needs and ill use it again next time im up.

Not what I was expecting from the photos. Very dilapidated. Looks to be homing people down on their luck along with their dogs. Lots of unusual activity in the car park with numerous occupied vehicles parked at night. Strong smell of strange substances.

room was old and shoddy but i was able to book for a friday night, the night before for like £50 so im really not complaining. staff were helpful

Good basic hotel, You can hear the room next to you so your stay will depend on what kind of neighbour you have. Clean, tidy and staff on hand 24/7

Very expensive very basic amenities all food was microwaved. The lady serving food was lovely. There was a lot of noise from other rooms. Shoring swearing and moving of furniture so I didn’t sleep well. Also people were definitely smoking marjuana

No hot water, either shower or basin tap. 4th floor room, noise through window as if it was open. Rained and sounded like drummers on window/roof zero sleep. Colleague had 1st floor room foisty smell on entry and worse when heated. Avoid!

City view was very nice from my window, I can see whole Manchester skyscrapers from there, in terms of ventilation, there is no ventilation so you will suffocate during summer and hot time, overall my experience was good with comparatively cheap and budget hotel stay for business.

We were here for a funeral so only stayed one night but it was a good experience Would stay here again if needing to come this area

I stayed in room 410. No hot water hence unable to take shower. It was so uncomfortable and disappointed as was there for only one night. That needs to be fixed immediately.

Horrendous - greeted at the doorway with loads of people i pyjamas and dressing gowns smoking - didn’t feel safe

Stopped here as we were passing through; did get a little concerned about some of the other recent reviews, but unnecessarily so. This hotel is at the budget-end and is well worth what was paid. Clean and spacious room, ample parking. I would suggest considering more comfortable beds and some sound proofing measures, other than that it was fine.

On arrival ,we asked for 2 bath sheets as we stay for 2 nights , The guy on reception said we could not have any untill.we bring dirty ones to.exchange ??? In the room there was only one hand towle and one bath sheet supplied so again i asked reception for 2 more but this was declined ,eventualy i rang reception and a lady brought up.2 more towels , we ran a bath bit could not get hpt water and the bath tap was maleing lots of gurgling noise ,we tried to get a shower but it was impossible to get the shpwer warm so had cold shpwers as it was late , the brackfast was just not worth the money tbh there is a local cafe (cafe red ) that was cheeper amd much better , 2 night in very very hpt weather it was again impossible to fill a bath with hpt water and even worse trying to get anything like a warm shower, cheep hotel cheep service . Staff were indifferent and dident seam to care . Lots of homeless people stayong at the hotel so i guess the staff dont think standards matter ? Give this place a miss ,its not in a very safe area i was sworn at and mumbled at on 2 ocassions popind down to.the local supermarkets. Also if you intend to.sit on the loo be careful u dont bang your back into the basin that overhangs just where u sit ?????

5:20am fire alarm may not have been the hotel’s fault but that there was no hot water certainly was. Yet in an email to me they claimed it wasn’t.

Did not have great expectations, but was pleasantly surprised. Very clean, comfortable and very nice breakfast.

This was an overnight stay before flying out from Manchester airport early morning.

Average accommodation but enough for 1 night
