Palm Garden Hotel in Barbados is a hidden gem that offers exceptional service, comfortable accommodations, and a serene atmosphere just a short walk from beautiful white sand beaches. The spacious, well-maintained rooms with kitchenettes and outside sitting of the room provided a perfect retreat, while the beautifully landscaped gardens and inviting pool area enhanced our relaxing experience. The staff's warm hospitality and attention to detail made us feel right at home. Additionally, Randy's Taxi Service, one of the hotel’s preferred partner, offers punctual, professional, and knowledgeable transportation, making it easy to explore the island and attend to appointments on time. Overall, this hotel and taxi service combination creates a memorable and stress-free stay in Barbados. Thank you 😊😊😊

The customer service was amazing. Very lovely and pleasant staff. Very welcoming and helpful. Genuine care. For that alone I would return anytime. The facility itself was ok. Basically it’s worth its price. However the AC in the room was a little old model so it didn’t push as much as you’d need in summer on the island. So warm in the evenings but manageable as there was enough ventilation by just cracking open a window.

Staff is friendly, very helpful and easy to get along with. Rooms are kept very clean. Property is ideally located walking distance from almost everything such as the mutiple beaches, supermarkets, restaurants, gas station etc.

Beautiful hotel rooms. Big and spacious. Nice sofas. Nice staff. They only have to change their doors to hotel standard doors.
Hotel doors are old and key operated even from the inside.

Door was filled of insects at night. Bar area lack ingredients the chef was nice tried to cater for my needs with the little that he has. The entrance seems unsafe to me if the security not around someone could walk straight to the room.

I did not receive the room I paid for, in the description they offered me a double bed and they gave me two small beds that were old

Best location. Short walk to Dover, Worthing and Rockley beaches. Near to 3 grocery stores and Worthing Square, great food options. Some of the friendliest staff we've ever experienced.

I have LOVED my 3 weeks at Palm Garden! It’s a wonderful friendly home from home. The best people, lovely room and bathroom and a great pool in natural surrounding. I could not have been happier for my 3 week vacation. And the bonus is it is such close walking distance to supermarkets and the beaches with great fun bars.

The receptionist was very pleasant, the driver was at the airport waiting on me, the receptionist greeted me and then walk me to my room she told me the restaurant was close but there was places close by where I could get food. Overall I’m glad I reach safe.

There was no shuttle service of any kind as stated on Expedia. The staff said that the hotel does not offer any shuttle setbice.

I wasn't sure what to expect from the Palm Gardens because we arrived early and had to wait for our room to be vacated and cleaned. Staff were really helpful and allowed us to put our luggage behind the front desk and use the restaurant and toilets. when we did get our room it was functional and clean with a kitchenette and shower room. It was a little bit old and could do with a bit of modernisation but nothing to spoil our trip. The pool was nice and relaxing and the staff were helpful and friendly I would definitely stay again as its very close to St Lawrence Gap and the airport. We also found a really nice bar and lounge called Mix 6 close by. The price was also really reasonable too.
