Great apartment in an insuperable location, with public transportation nearby and steps away from restaurants, shops and caffes. Make sure you try the churros and hot chocolate from the La Austriaca, a couple of doors down.
The air conditioning system was excellent!

We loved the apartment, very spacious, clean, comfortable beds and pillows, we arrived early morning and they let us check in early, location is amazing close to everything, metro station, restaurants, stores, Grand via is around the corner. I highly recommend!!!

A fantastic location that is closer to everything such as food, dinning and shopping. There is a local grocery store about a block away that provides all the essentials for cooking if you choose to. The apartment is fully equipped with a stove and a few cooking pots for cooking so I was able to cook. There isn't a microwave so you have to use the stove to warm your food. The receptionists were helpful in terms of what I needed. The apartment was good enough for myself and my two kids. We had the one bedroom with a sofa bed. I loved everything about this place and will go back if I ever go back to Madrid.

Apartment was very well located. We really enjoyed the neighborhood which had plenty of small restaurants and a pedestrian shopping street. It was very easy to walk to metro and to all the sights. Our apartment had the 2 bedrooms facing a courtyard so it was lovely quiet at night even with the window open. I would give the place 5 stars except for the following: shower drain was very slow and since pan was not deep would overflow if not very careful. Housekeeping did come to clear the drain but it didn’t change much. The kitchen is very sparsely equipped. One pot, one pan, no dishwasher, no coffee maker, no microwave. The concierge let us look through supply room where we found a second coffee mug, cutting board, stovetop espresso maker. They were kind and as accommodating as possible. Would stay there again.

I loved that the apartment was very walkable from where the metro was and just a little off from the Main Street, so it was quieter at night. The apartment itself was huge, yet very comfortable. It was also very clean. I would love to stay here again the next time I visit Madrid.

It was an excellent property just off of Gran Via and within walking distance from everywhere we wanted to go. The only suggestion we have is to provide a coffee maker.

You are in the middle of Madrid’s top tourist area with many options for dining, shopping and entertainment. The place is perfect for a small family or group of friends

I stayed at the hotel a few times in the past but this time was surprised to find that there was no soap in the room and although it’s advertised as room with kitchenette.. there was no coffee machine or tea kettle.. I had to ask the front desk for a tea kettle.. they gave me one.. but no soap or coffee machine..

The floor wasn’t mopped at all so that was a really bad point. We kept shoes all the time.
The kitchen doesn’t have a microwave or dishwasher. We just had one pan that was on bad condition so we decided not to use the kitchen at all.
Unfortunately we couldn’t even have a coffee because it doesn’t have a coffee maker. There is not a washer in the building.
The only good thing it was the location and the size of the apartment .We had the family room with 2 bedrooms and 1 1/2 baths.
I wouldn’t recommend it if you are planning to cook even a BASIC meal.

A very good, well-located flat for a family stay for a few days. A few things (not uncommon in rentals) would have helped: coathooks in the hall/common area, a microwave in the kitchenette (surprised there wasn't one), and (luxury touch?) a small pod coffee machine (common in hotels these days). Friendly, helpful reception staff and good bagge storage. Recommend this place.

The location of the apartment is very strategic. Just few minutes away from Gran Via metro and Madrid shopping areas. Plenty of good restaurants within walking distance. The location is behind the major street so it is not noisy. Apartment is very clean and spacious. We were there after Christmas until New Year and highly recommend the place for family. We are 2 adults with 2 kids.

The property is ok. The area is very busy and the neighborhood is not family friendly.

Property was in a great location walkable to many areas of Madrid. Unit was just how it was portrayed in the pictures. The only negative was the sofa bed in the living area, it was very old and the mattress was falling through. Not recommended at all for anyone to sleep on sofa bed. So plan to just use the 2 bedrooms unless they change the sofa bed.
Other than that, all was great.

The apartment doesn't have the regular front desk like other hotel, instead, it has just a small table in the empty lobby with one person for check-in/out. The apartment is clean, but doesn't have a kettle for boiling water. I used a pot found in one of the drawer in the kitchen for boiling hot water. The two twin size beds have only bed sheet, don't have Quilt, I asked staff to put quilt for the twin beds and was told that twin bed is not suppose to have a quilt, only double bed has. So we had to use the brown blanket found in the closet to keep us warm at night.

Great location for a first time visitor to Madrid. Walkable to all shopping & much sightseeing. The property was nice & secure, but had minor maintenance issues.. La Austriaca coffee shop on San Onofre (next to the property) was really great!

Only poor aspect of this property was the lack of adequate cooking supplies to actually make proper meals other than breakfast. There were very few pots and pans, no toaster, no kettle even. And only services are for 4. Just not enough for this family. And only had one trash bag and 2 rolls of TP…for a whole weeks stay. We looked forward to making a few dinners for our kid with severe allergies and that just didn’t work out.

Very clean and quiet apartment in an amazing neighborhood. Unfortunately there was a problem with the main entrance during our stay, which made entering and leaving the building a bit complicated. We were locked out of the building at one point. Be aware that there is no front desk, this made communication difficult, particularly during check out when nobody could be found. Ultimately a comfortable spot in the place you want to be at in Madrid.
