La ubicación perfecta, en plena plaza de Chueca. El piso es exterior, con dos balcones, pero perfectamente aislado, no escuchamos ni un ruido por las noches. También tiene un cuarto interior más tranquilo. Cuenta con aire acondicionado, Smart TV y menaje en la cocina suficiente para pasar unos días. El check in fue rápido y cómodo, y la comunicación buena desde el primer momento. Sin duda repetiríamos.

The location is quite good. Almost center. Near was a supermarket. There was a paid parking place and also lines to park the car (hourly parking lines) not far from the apartment.

There was an issue with warm blankets for one bed it was only one warm blanket per bed. But we stayed with friends and it's not comfortable to sleep under one warm blanket in one bed.

The location was good being on one corner of Chueca Square and next to the metro station. The building is traditional and decor homely. Bathroom was adequate but the shower needed to be used with care. The tall windows and Juliet balcony gave interesting views of the square below.

Although to be expected in this location the noise from people hanging around the square constantly can get annoying and closing all the windows does not help.

Could not get DVD to play thru the TV.. like to have 1 news channel in Englush, French, Spanish etc. Water was turned off for maintenance our last morning so could not take shower... notice was posted outside the building so we did not see it.

The location was good.

The Appartment was very old, in poor condition, some things were broken or not working the A/c didn’t work well in the living room and it was definitely not getting to the second bedroom. I was looking for basic but this was pretty bad. We stayed in 3 other Spanish towns and our apartments were amazing compared to this one.

It was within walking distance of everything. I didn’t need to worry about transportation at all. Within walking distance of supermarkets, museums and lots of other fun places to visit.

For adults travelling without kids, this location would be 100% perfect. However, it’s not ideal for kids as it’s right in the square with bars. So there’s a lot of drinking, smoking and adult stuff going on. There are adult shops around and all that. Hence, it wasn’t completely comfortable for me because I was travelling with my kids.

Good location.

Very cold inside (heating was not on). Beds - small for two and actually uncomfortable. Noisy at night (weekends) Late checkin cost 20/30 euros.
