We arrived early and requested an early check-in. It took the reception 2 hours before we had a response from the reception. It was only resolved when we spoke to the manager.
Breakfast was good and service staff are helpful.

Very good service, airport shuttle on time, very convenient for restaurants options.
The only thing to considers is that before the hotel provided a breakfast box in case you left before 6am, but unfortunately that doesn't apply anymore if you use hotels(Expedia)

Made 7 trips to Colombia in 7 years, by far the best hotel with location, gym and a 5 star breakfast buffet. My 11th floor room had a balcony with table and chairs with a fantastic view. Have stayed at some of the best, Double Tree, Best Western, Hilton, Holiday Inn.

hotel is just ok, wifi works, breakfast ok, shuttle service good; irritating the fact that they have delayed the delivery of laundry, I had to ask and they wanted the payment in advance ...; never happened to me, normally any hotel have my credit card and they charge me at the check out ... this was weird.

This was the third time we stayed at Wyndham Bogotá. We always use the free airport transfer which works well. The hotel is located in a safe area and there are large shopping malls within easy walking distance. Within 10-15 minute taxi, or Uber ride, you are downtown Bogota. There are a few good restaurants right outside the hotel. Rooms are clean and quiet. Breakfast is fine with several options.

Location is super safe and has different options to eat out. Only one recommendation is breakfast was always cold. But it was still a great experience here.

I was forced to layover in Bogota by the airline. I had to find an hotel with free airport shuttle, and close enough to get to the airport early next morning. After expending the previous night in a plane I needed to rest. After a quick search in Expedia I picked Whyndham Bogota. And It was the right choice they allowed me to an early check-in, breakfast, and hot water shower.

Excellent hotel, close to American Embassy, near of dining and shopping options. Great option when travelling to Bogota. I really enjoy it. Executive Floor is a great option to have breakfast and snacks at night in the same floor.

Everything was excellent except for the girl who attended me at my check out, this person has no attitude to serve the public, she did not even respond to my good morning greeting, nor when I said goodbye, they should look for people who have a greater vocation if they are going to serve travelers and tourists

This hotel is full of criminals. They treat the guests like inmates. I had a female friend that came over with a pizza to share with me and in order for her to come to my room I had to pay a fee… ridiculous !! Then I checked out one day early and they refused to refund the day. Finally, they charged me a taxi service for 58.000 pesos to take me tona restaurant and the exact same service returning from that restaurant was 22.600 pesos. They ripped me off. They are thiefs and criminals and the hotel is run like a prison. I WILL NEVER stay there again.

Hi, I had a situation. I had food poison. Stay in bed at the hotel for four days. At the first day I requested help for one employee Harold and he just ignored and laugh at my face. I got very upset because I was feeling bad. Later I found Daniel that helped me and requested medicine at a local Pharmacy.
Other than that I will be back to this hotel.
