Hot tub felt great, even better was a s’mores bar afterwards in the lounge area. A night cap from the bar and some football on the big screen. Breakfast was very filling. The stay was amazing

Great location, quiet area. The shuttle wasn’t in service during our stay, but it would be a great option for visiting nearby shopping & dining. The price was reasonable & they had great amenities.

This was a beautiful place to stay. It was easy to find and parking was a non issue. The grounds were pretty and well kept. The view from my room was wonderful and it was nice waking up to the smell of the marina. Bath products were amazing. The bed was a bit uncomfortable as were the pillows. If i stay again, I'll bring my own pillow. The property was within walking distance of Canal Park and I felt safe walking alone. The room was a bit overpriced but I would stay again.

Very clean, great place. Bed was a bit soft, loved the way the beds were made . Clean rooms.
Wish they had a full bar, small area to gather in what was called the lounge. Nice touch the there were s’mores outside in the evening.
I would stay here again and recommend it !

I had one of the best hotel experiences during my stay. The hotel was extremely clean and one of the best in the area. Plus, the hotel offered some unique accommodations that I have never experienced at a hotel before! I really enjoyed my stay and look forward to return.

Phenomenal. We loved this place! We could walk everywhere, especially to the Lift Bridge when we knew a ship was coming in (10 minutes). The hotel is spotless, safe and well appointed. Breakfast was above the norm for breakfast included with a room. Lots of toppings for your waffles or oatmeal or eggs or yogurt. The fire table outside was a great place to relax and meet new friends or just keep to yourselves. The view of the canal from our balcony was awesome. The Coast Guard is docked right next door and morning and evening reveille were just an added bonus! Hotel staff was outstanding. Amenities are great. We cannot wait to go back. My only regret is we only booked three nights instead of four. Did not try their pizza, but we will next time. It looked great. The bed was very comfortable. Highly recommend Park Point!

Staff was amazing, the kids had a blast in the pool, playground and checking out all the boats at the ships as they meant by. Inside was quite and we didn't hear the ships/boats at all while we slept. The breakfast was pretty great compared to some of the other places we've stayed in the area and the staff was very friendly.

Loved the “make your own” s’mores in the evening and the fire pit outside. Breakfast was very good. Bed and rom were clean and comfortable. Loved the little balcony.

Our stay over Labor day weekend was great. Everybody we spoke to was kind and very helpful. The room was nice and clean. Having a little balcony was great overlooking the harbor. Breakfast each morning was really good. The pool and hot tub were nice and clean as well. Kids enjoyed the Smore's bar each night, which was a nice touch to have. 10/10, will definitely be back.

We were only here for a brief stay but our rooms were lovely and comfortable, the staff were very friendly. They had fun activities available too. The complimentary breakfast was really good too.

This hotel is conveniently located across the amazing lift bridge from a great dining area. There is a wide range of excellent restaurants on walkable streets. The hotel’s breakfast was satisfactory. There is a patio for lounging in the sun that we made use of. The room was very well appointed with comfy beds, a desk area and plenty of room. We had an ADA room with an an accessible shower with hand bars and a seat. All in all, we had a very pleasant 5 day stay.

I have been to Duluth many times. This was a solo trip and I felt very safe and the room was great! I loved having the deck!

Park Point Marina Inn was very clean and the entire staff was very friendly and helpful. It was close to Canal Park and have a shuttle that takes you to Canal Park to enjoy your day exploring. Really enjoyed our stay.

Guest services called to check if you needed anything once you were in the room! It is located past the Aerial Bridge, so it was tranquil. The patio area was delightful. We had an enjoyable stay.

Enjoyed a different perspective of Duluth. Fun being in a marina and being so close to the lift bridge. Excellent breakfast with so many options. Fun in the evening cooking s’mores and visiting with other guests.
