The hotel was great. The breakfast buffet was a nice variety and the pool was fun.

It wasn't the hotels fault. I learned that the entire community had been hit with a thick dust storm. Other than that it was comfortable and exactly the break I needed while on the road.

Very good place to stay. Casino is at next door and you get $20 voucher to play. I will go back to the hotel when I travel to Fort St. John.

We have been coming here for the last several years for a night out on our anniversary. This was the first year I really noticed that the hotel was really sub par. The mattress was terrible. You could feel the springs digging into your back. The room was “cleaned” but there was a fake nail laying beside the bed when we walked in.
The facility just seems to be run down. Unless they do some sort of make over and update some of the furniture i would not recommend.

The staff here was truly amazing. Amazing! The breakfast buffet was very large with lots of options. The staff at the restaurant was very abliging, buffet style. Very friendly upon walking in. The hotel itself felt like a little maze. Their signage for exiting through the back parking lot was a bit confusing. We just stayed for one night as we were driving through.

From checkin to great service. The breakfast is outstanding. Room was clean and suited our family of 4 perfectly. Kids loved the pool. I found the pool a little colder than I would have liked but overall everything was great. Also all rooms are pet friendly. They had lots of space for pets to do their business. Just wished people would pick up after their pets.

The Pomeroy was fine but showing signs of wear. The hairdryer didn’t work, no hot water in the morning, scuffs on the walls. Nothing horrendous or uncomfortable just unmaintained.

The whole hotel is disgusting after multiple complaints about the cleanliness of my room over three days I had to change hotels because the cleaners couldn’t figure out how the vacuum cleaner works

They did have a really good free hot breakfast but the carpet in my room was worn and the hallways were dirty. Not great but it was passable.

My only complaint was there is some water damage in the corner of the bedroom by the balcony door. Wouldn’t want to see what it looks like behind the wallpaper there. Other than that it was a great stay

Beds were horrible. Springs in your back. Pull out couch full of stains. Pool deck was disgusting, hair build up. And then witnessed a mom with her daughter pee in the pool and then on the pool deck. Staff at the front desk “away at the moment “ sign always up so didn’t even get to report it. Breakfast had no selection of cereal for kids. Literally 2 selections both with raisins. Disgusting and dissapointing stay
