Clean spacious quiet room. We enjoyed our stay.

Hotel was fine. They have a problem with smoke from the casino. Portable air cleaners were here and there. Pillows were lumps. We won’t return.

Casino was a bit off of the freeway. Arrived and the lobby was pretty smoky. Hotel was smoke free.
Hotel staff was friendly and kind. Woman did not give us directions to where anything was.
Restaurant inside the casino was good and had a nice selection to choose from.
Also received a coupon for each of us upon checking in to the hotel, to get &15.00 off of our meal.
Hotel room was very nice and spacious.
We were very close to done Railroad tracks, which was noisy, also someone had a barking dog close by.

It was absolutely wonderful to stay here! I usually don’t bother to do reviews but the service was so exceptional I want to let everyone know! Everyone was so nice and made sure I was comfortable and happy! It was a very nice comfortable hotel and very clean! I will definitely stay here again l!!

Very nice place for the cost. Good, well-lit parking. Gambling was tough. We blew through our budget quickly. The restaurant is good, though service can be a little slow. It appears there is a larger population of homeless in the area compared to other parts of Redding.

Excellent stay. Spacious room and bathroom, very comfortable bed, friendly and professional service everywhere, easy parking on premises. A very convenient overnight stop on our way home. There is a restaurant on property with very good food. Highly recommend this place if in the area.

Other guests were loud and obnoxious, hotel didn't seem to care. Neighbors kept slamming their door all night and a fight broke out in the parking lot outside our window. Barely got any sleep and considered leaving in the middle of the night.

Didn't like the smoking allowed in casino. Was very overwhelming. Need better air cleaner system. There are better air cleaner systems available. I would not choose this casino again. I would find one with better air quality. Staff was exceptional. Lady who helped us with our luggage was very helpful & so professional. Loved the casino staff. The casino staff was professional but made our experience really fun and exciting..

Our room had 2 queen size beds. Much better—I actually was able t sleep. This room had a desk. I was able to work. And got so much accomplished.
Front desk help-Shawn and Jessica M, were outstanding. Constantly offering to help whatever needed to be done.

Loved everything about the stay. The pool and casino were the best. Slept well in a very comfortable quiet room. The only complaint is there was no option for a later than 11am check out and I'm a casino environment that's really not ideal. Lovely stay otherwise!

This property was decidedly not what I'd expect for a hotel with their rating. The room had a very peculiar/unclean smell to it. The restaurant option was so bad. The mattress was sagging. I think because it has a spa it gets more credit than it probably should
