Very central

Hotel was very nice. Well located. Amenities were good. I was pleased with my stay. One one ☝️ concern, desk staff in the morning wasn’t all that helpful as much as the evening staff. Lady at the front desk, I asked for help twice during my stay with my suitcase and with a fan request and she never delivered. She also overcharged me for laundry. Contrary to evening staff, super helpful and amazing with getting me a room fan and helping me with a TV issue. I would stay here again.

Property has excellent location. Hotel could'nt accomidate me with parking space. Rooms need some kind off ventilation, air condition or at least fans

El hotel está perfectamente bien ubicado. Súper céntrico con excelente atención y servicio. Muy bonito y limpio. El único detalle es que en las noches se escucha todo en los cuartos, lo cual puede resultar algo incómodo . Nos volveríamos a quedar ahí sin dudas

Property near town center. I didn’t like that in the room there was nowhere to place clothing other than hanging items. No drawers.

The location was so convenient! It is located within walking distance to most of the important restaurants and plazas.

Beautiful place

The staff was excellent. They were very nice and helpful. The cleaning staff was great, they kept our room spotless. Breakfast was good and affordable. What we didn’t like was the shower. The hot water would get cold or it would turn really boiling hot but we managed. The location was perfect for us.

This hotel is everything you need when visiting San Cristobal. It has a great location (only one and a half blocks away from the central park, from where you can head to the streets with bars, cafes, restaurants, shopping stores and so on. The hotel is nice, the rooms are comfortable and the staff is excellent. The only two things I didn’t like are: 1) in the room I stayed I had only access to 3G (in the lobby and other areas I got to get 4G) 2) The parking lot is separated from the building where the hotel is, so, whenever I wanted to park the car or to get it out I had to call the front desk so a bellboy could walk up to the garage and open the gates for me.

Staff was very friendly. The hotel is very clean in the center of San Cristóbal.

The hotel was nice the rooms were spacious and clean shower was spacious and great running water but they had a portable heater in the room that made noise

The checking was good but, very upsetting that on one night, around 4:0AM, the guess next to our room was ya in a party😡! with very loud voices and music!! We called front desk and even when they were asked to stop the notice, they didn’t care!! Later we found out they came from a “very important co

Right in city center, walking distant to the Zocalo, pedestrian only streets and the Mercado de Dulces and Artesiania. Located in a main street so taxis are readily accessible.

Wonderful location: one block from the Andadero del Carmen, two blocks from the main square, three from both the Andadero Guadalupano and the cathedral; and right down the street from the Mercado de Dulces. Service is well-intentioned (everyone is friendly and solicitous), but can sometimes be slapdash.

Lovely hotel close to the action. Good breakfasts. Stay in the annex around the corner. Rooms are larger and have windows!

Stayed here before and live it. Clean and tidy, good service. Small heater provided in room which is great for colder nights. Breakfast is always good. Hotel is modern enough without loosing the individuality of San Cris hotels. They were also happy ro store our bag before and after checkin, which helped our day. Location is great, just down from the main square and markets ans not far from the coach station. Only one thing could do with improvement, Wi Fi is a bit touchy and could do with easier log in. Otherwise fantastic.
