Property and amenities are clean, but rooms are outdated, need to update furniture. Also was never awared that any visitor need to pay a fee in order to come visit you in the facilities. Staff was nice, except one lady that asked alot of questions when we were asking for additional towels such as why extra towels if only certain guests when we were told it was okay to get additional for the pool, dont understand why all questions and employee was hesitant to give us extra towels.

I liked the attention I'm restaurant and bell boys. I disliked people in reception area they were not in the same line . I am handy cap and one day received good assistance and the next day no.

We weren't allowed to check in to our room until about 2 1/2 hours after the supposed check in time. When they did get us checked in, it wasn't the room we paid for and the room had clearly not been cleaned. There was someone else's hair all over the place. Our door also didn't have a security lock on it and several of the lights didn't work. The place has potential to be great, but poor service and lack of cleanliness kind of killed the excitement.

The reception and pool areas looked promising but once we got to our room our expectations dropped to the floor. The room and restroom were not properly cleaned and there was mold. We asked for extra towels, had to call twice for it but end it up having to go to the front desk and get it ourselves. Overall, not the best.

I did not like how phones were shutdown on a Friday. When things were needed to be taken to the room staff would take a long time. Minimal professionalism in staff. Master Suite was excellent. the room was missing a fridge to make the room feel more comfortable and convenient since its a master suite.

Prices for the buffet should be lower for customers. And at least 2 to 3 toilet papers in a room instead of one.

Terrible the connection to wifi and internet. I missed a conference call. It was impossible to get internet connection, even using your telephone data plan.

Maintenance at at the hotel is minimum and it does not complain with international safety regulations. I fell down at he bathroom due to the mosaics are not adequate for wet areas.

My sister and I stayed there on a Friday and a wedding event was taking place. Loud noises in hallways that have too much echo. Didn’t get sleep. My room was upstairs and the air conditioning didn’t work and it was a pretty hot day. We then stayed again on Thursday and while no event was taking place, my sisters room air conditioning was not working. Both rooms had mold in the bathroom.

I guess always returning there is everything you need to know about the overall positive experience and opinion I have. BEAUTIFUL, WELL MAINTAINED, SPACIOUS, FRIENDLY... AND ALL OF THE REST.

It was ok but shower head looked like it hadn’t been clean in months, had calcium residue and also the beds were smaller than shown in description of room. Other than that it was alright, and the price was not bad.

The property is nicely well kept. Room will be spotless & smelling clean each day I would get back. The staff (specially at the restaurant) was very professional & friendly. Variety of food for all tastes.
My overall stay was excellent. Personally for me location, clean & professionalism are a must and this hotel has it all.
