I have stayed at the Peninsula Paris several times, this trip was not on the same level as others. Both sings in the bathroom were clogged, the breakfast service in the main dining room was very disappointing, specifically, the wait and confusion for a table, my wife rcd her breakfast 10 minutes prior to my cold eggs arriving, and we had to constantly wave at the staff to get a coffee or water refill.

Please excuse my very informal review 1. Checking in was very quick around less than 5mins 2. The hotel lobby was beautiful 3. Concierge service was extra amazing 4. We got a deluxe suite (room 511) which too was heavenly (but my only wish is that the curtains were more “blackout” because im a very light sleeper and light seeps in through the wooden window gaps 5. Room service is good and quick 6. The fully automated room is very modern and i love it 7. The bathroom is gorgeous 8. Room is very very quiet 9. Minibar is great 10. Staff are very friendly and helpful 11. Id definitely stay here again next time 12. Was able to watch netflix (thank you) 13. Maybe the bedroom tv could have been made bigger We were very well taken care of in this hotel. We felt very safe and at home but with luxury and exclusivity.

I have stayed at a lot of very nice hotels around the world, but The Peninsula is likely the best. The entire experience is wonderful and the staff does a great job from check in to check out. Highly recommend.

The property is just beautiful! The Staff is the Best. Always ready to help whatever you need. The Concierge is Amazing and found my Fav new restaurant on a Saturday night, just before dinner. Would differently would book this hotel again

Best toilets ever....with heated seats and multiple water sprouts to clean you bum after you go.
