I loved this place very clean, clean towel. Had a great experience. Would definitely comeback here. The hotel in itself is beautiful

Service was terrible starting with getting our room until 4:30pm when the standard check in time was an hour earlier. Staff was not friendly and ignored our request for additional services. During our last day in the room a staff personnel walked in to the room without knocking claiming to be looking for a QR code. Stay away from this supposedly 5 star hotel.

This hotel is in the center of Querétaro and is absolutely delightful! The rooms are absolutely huge amd comfortable. The pool is great ant the food , var amd restaurant even better! 10/10

The property has nothing to do with de luxe suites. It’s an old property completely rundown. We had to suffer the inconveniences of everything.old. No elevator. Food extremely expensive No parking available. Ballet parking sometimes and they really charge very much. They start the music loud, all around the hotel at 8 o’clock in the morning and they shut it out at 11 o’clock in the evening.

The property has an old school Mexican charm and is beautiful. Keeping this in mind, the bedrooms are very well-appointed, featuring Cable TV, a mini-fridge, and air conditioning. However, there is plenty of room for improvement, especially in the areas of food and staff training. I would definitely stay here again. :)

Location was great and we got upgraded to a huge suite which was fabulous service was nice but a bit lacking on the details.

Terrible hotel. Sheets stained with blood, hair and bed bugs in the mattresses, dirty floors, checkin was at 3 and we got the rooms at midnight. We asked for a full refund. Management was lost in translation. Terrible experience never come to this hotel.

Best choice for central location on one of the main town squares near everything and very safe. The hotel is in a stunning historic building with open Mexican courtyards and a pool, but rooms are modern and elegant. You will have every service from the absolutely best staff starting with Inaki, Guadalupe, Dulce, Mariela, Valentina and all. I came for 4 nights and stayed 7 because it was so charming. The bar and lounge are spacious and sophisticated and Mariela can prepare anything you fancy. The restaurant is called Josefa for the magnificent Chef. Stay long enough to work your way through her fantastic breakfast and dinner menus. The quiet police presence at the adjacent Plaza de Armas state building makes the square and this hotel a good choice for single travelers who can safely explore the other good restaurants within a two minute walk …including the Chucho el Roto across the street with live music. There are mostly local people and not too many tourists. Finally, fairly Accessible for guests who can stay in street level rooms with very few steps. It’s a short walk to the Regional Museum and Art Museum and all shopping. If you don’t stay at the Meson de Santa Rosa, be sure to visit the restaurant & bar!

Our stay at Mesón de Santa Rosa Luxury Hotel was excellent. Our room "Olimpia" combined with the staff service exceeded our expectations. The staff could not have been more helpful and no request went unfulfilled. We not only recommend this hotel we will be returning guests on future trips to Queretaro. Superb location! Close to everything.

There is no “Luxury” at this hotel. Bath tub was filthy. We had to change rooms in the middle of the night for our room was completely penetrated with gas paint. We complained and they stopped painting only to continue at night once we were asleep.

I felt like I was transported back in history. I loved everything about it.

Location and facilities were amazing

Not enough staff, no phones in room to call front desk and toilets clogged and did not have a plunger needed t go to neighboring hotel for one.

Ended up not staying there. Checked with them prior to check in time. Said they had no reservations from Expedia. When we insisted, they eventually found it. However, due to two weddings, the hotel was full. They would have a room for us at a different location. We found another hotel which we were quite happy with.

Poor service, toilet didnt flush, hair dryer didnt work, no telephone in the room, tried calling landline for wake up calls and repairs many times and they never answered. Nice looking property, but services were poor.

The staff was excellent going above and beyond to assist and communicate as our Spanish was minimal.

This is a thoroughly delightful hotel. Unfortunately their pool is not heated. And when we ran into a problem with a very noisy party in the building next-door to us we had to take extra steps to move. But when we did to yet another lovely room it was all perfect. They went out of their way to help us get a Covid test and to get to the airport the ungodly hour at 4 o’clock in the morning. This is a wonderful hotel in a charming non-touristy location I highly recommend it.
