The room was beautiful and we didn't hear noise from other rooms or in the hallway - that was amazing! We loved that that the casino was all "no smoking". The parking lot was well lit and I always felt safe walking to/from my car when I was alone. Milwaukee is an easy city to get around so it's never more than 15 minutes to get anywhere.

Very nice stay. Expedia upgrade made it that much better. Food was good - overall easy stay!

Fun atmosphere!

Refurbished rooms are expected but HVAC and MEP need updating. Room vents and rooms smell stale. Bathroom has no vent and carpets are noticeably old (cleaned each day but old and dirty). It’s well organized and staff are attentive and helpful

Amazing time in Kings Coner Suite, the panoramic view with ceiling to floor windows that wrapped around 50 percent of the room was breathtaking.

Everything was great. Layout of the room was efficient. Elevator use with key card was new to us.

Stayed here for a week with my daughter. We had an excellent stay while I started my new role locally in Milwaukee. My daughter felt safe and our room was on the 19th floor with an awesome view of the city and Lake Michigan

Nice place

I recently stayed at Potawatomi Hotel for three nights. The hotel offers easy parking, which was a plus, and the location was convenient with quick access to the freeway—perfect for visiting family. The room itself was spacious, and the bed was okay, but I was disappointed that there was no cleaning service during my stay. Check-in felt very transactional, lacking the warm and genuine welcome I would have expected. The front desk associate didn't bother to explain the hotel amenities or even point out the elevators, assuming I already knew where everything was. There was also a strange odor in the halls that I couldn’t quite pinpoint. The fridge in the room was empty, which was a bit inconvenient since I couldn’t grab a refreshment. As a Hotels.com member with a certain tier status, I usually receive perks during my stays, but I wasn’t informed of any during this visit. On the positive side, the hotel does offer convenient free self-parking and complimentary valet, and the rate was reasonable for a last-minute booking. However, overall, the experience was underwhelming, and I expected more in terms of service and hospitality.

They might give you a $20 food and/or beverage credit. I was never told that it didn’t include alcoholic beverages. You also can’t use it in the food court as you order and pay for your food at a kiosk. But the room was very nice and clean. Beautiful view too!

Room was spacious and spotless. Staff at front desk was very helpful. Dining was good. Parking garage was very large.

Everything was excellent except for the Rock and Brew Restaurant. That was the worse experience. Food took over an hour to come out. They gave our burgers to a different table. The burgers were extremely greasy. And the brownie sundae took another 30 minutes to come out and the brownie was frozen. We had to chisel it wih our knife to eat it. Wouldn’t ever go back there.

The front desk staff was not very friendly. 2 front check in employees were on their phones and the employee that checked us in was alittle rude.

Hotel staff as well as casino staff were very helpful, approachable & friendly. Accommodations & casino were very clean.

Upon arrival I asked for a copy of a map or list of resturants since im not from around the area and the front desk didn't have this information. Valet parking is included if you stay at the hotel and we tried using it all weekend and no one never showed up so I went inside and asked the front desk and they pointed me to the concierge desk where I was greeted by a older gentleman and he informed me someone should be out shortly. After 20 minutes I parked my car. Outside of those things the experience was good.

We absolutely loved this property. 10/10!!

Great stay

Clean, comfortable hotel. Staff were friendly and helpful. Room service was fast and the breakfast was excellent. Casino was clean and smoke free. (Smokers have their own bar ). Sports book was super nice and great service

Had to "request " to have room cleaned. Which I did when I checked in. No one ever came by, had to go down to the front desk to get fresh towels and coffee pods. I should note I was there 5 days. The really cool tablet in the room in you can do all kinds of requests was just a bunch of colors. The IT guy came by and said he would prepare another and bring it by, Never saw him again. The Valet was "full" 3 out of the 5 nights I was there. So I self parked, but its somewhat of a "transitioning" neighborhood. Breakfast in the Canal Street Cafe was excellent.

Room was booked as premiere king. They wouldnt accommodate and only gave a standard king. 4 adults were booked with intention on using fold out couch. No couch in the standard king, wouldnt allow enough cots, ended up with no choice to purchase another room. Terrible experience.

Pillows/bedding were dirty.
