Property doesn’t respect discounts with Expedia, noise from other rooms. Flys during the breakfast, Complex arrive to the place, dark to walk during the night. Price overrated

We had a great service and the place is charming, typical of Tepoz. The room is basic, AC not available, only a portable air cooler which was not that bad.

We attended a wedding in Tepoztlan and we found this place by a recommendation of a friend and we enjoyed our stay very much. The place is quiet and the view of the Tepozteco Mountain is just beautiful. The rooms are large with a nice bathroom. The weather was very nice so no need for AC.
The staff is supper friendly thank you Fernando.

Hotel Staff were very friendly and accommodating. Owners were personally greeting visitors and ensuring stay was comfortable and enjoyable. Food prepared by in-house restaurant Azul Violeta's chef and is delicious and waitress very attentive with service.

What an amazing property! Had an amazing weekend here. Exceeded expectations in every way. A family owned hotel where the staff went above and beyond. The rooms, property, service, and food were fantastic. I can't wait to return!

It is a really nice hotel, the breakfast at the restaurant was excellent. I wish they could keep the water in the pool clearer.

Face mask use is not being enforced on guests, and sometimes even staff were not wearing them.
Hot tub is not in service.
Paid for deep tissue massage and got a standard, nothing to write home about, rub.

We loved staying at this beautiful and peaceful hotel. The location is magical right on the skirts of the Tepozteco, The manager of the hotel a very nice lady and our everyday waiter José Luis were great.
Our massages were incredible, the overall experience was great!! We’ll definitely come back!!!!!

I needed a few days away, so I booked at Rustika. It was very close to hike to the pyramid, and wonderful to visit the spa the next morning.

This was a charming little hotel, with a very friendly staff. The room was very nice and the lawn area, pool, restaurant, hot tub, live music were all perfect for a relaxing weekend. I will definitely stay here again when I come back to Tepoztlan.
