David at the restaurant is such a star. He has a great vibe that all the guests love. He creates and radiates warmth and happiness. For me he stood out, shinning brighter than the sun. What an asset to the hotel.

Seven is quite nice with a relaxing ambiance - a great view of the mountains during the morning, enough sun to relax under during the day or a great spot to unwind in the evening. It’s perfect if you plan to stay in one area and unwind.

The entire holiday was stunning from start to finish. The hotel was exactly like the pictures; spotlessly clean and well maintained. Every member of staff was kind and friendly and the guests we encountered on our stay were all friendly and chatty, we both felt so comfortable as soon as we arrived. Many of the guests we spoke to return often and we could see why. Food at the hotel is delicious, so if you don’t feel like venturing out to a nearby Spanish restaurant (of which there are many) you’ll know the meal at the hotel will be amazing… as are the drinks! It’s a 25 minute walk to town (yumbo etc) and a little further to the beach, which is welcomed after a day of lying in the sun. Taxis back were only a couple of Euros. We would highly recommend this resort for anyone looking for a quiet, safe space where you can switch off from the world and truly relax.

Great accommodation, service amazing

Checked in for 5 nights (wanted to stay a week but it was fully booked for the first two nights of the trip due to the end of Winter Pride). Upon checking in we were told they were hosting a pool party, which we hadn’t been informed about during booking. So there was reduced facilities available for that day, and a very overpriced bar in operation. On two days the room was not cleaned or the mini bar restocked, despite the ‘clean room’ card being on the door. Staff at the bar/restaurant were very friendly and helpful, but on several days the service was painfully slow, orders being forgotten or taking ages to arrive, and it was very clear that they were understaffed. Having stayed here twice before I know this is not the usual standard to expect, and I would be very hesitant to book again when there is a major event going on In Maspalomas. It was also not fair that we were paying a elevated room price for the first night when we had very limited facilities due to the pool party, and after speaking to several other guests it was clear that they also had not been informed prior to arrival either. The hotel however is still one of the best in town, and the friendliness of the staff is second to none, however management really need to make sure that they are adequately supported so they can A) do their jobs effectively and B) make more money and allow guests to order freely.

It was our second time staying at Seven and this time we extended our stay two times! The stuff is the most nice and sweet people I ever stayed. Really helpful and always fun. The place is one the most beautiful places to stay in Gran Canaria. Every detail is just perfection. The rooms provide space and are highly designed. When you are staying in seven you don’t need even to go out because this place provides you with excellent food, pool, gym and a little spa. Even the Masseur is very Professional. Friendly attentive staff, good facilities - outdoor gym, jacuzzi, sauna and swimming pools... We stayed for lunch and dinner a few times and the food in the restaurant was excellent, much better than most places in the Yumbo centre for sure! Location wise we liked it not too close to the party central (still within walking distance). We drove to beaches and the mountains quite easily as well. We are already looking forward to coming back again in the future.

Nice. The location is a short and inexpensive taxi ride away from the main attractions of Maspalomas (about 5 euros to the beach or the Yumbo). The rooms are all-white and could have done with a bit of colour and the lighting was a little harsh. Apart from that, it was a nice place to stay, the staff are helpful and pleasant, and the facilities are good.

Very clean, quiet and pleasant lay out due to the low buildings and privacy per room. Very friendly personel.

Very nice and modern style place. Stayed in the villa with the private pool in a big seperate garden. The staff was always very friendly, smilimg and helpful. The offered massage was also very good and relaxing. Location is actually perfect as it is quiet and still close to the beach and the Yumbo Center is just a 4€ taxi drive away. The breakfast is very good and we also had fantastic dinners in the hotel. I would also recommend to try the cocktails while laying by the pool ;) All up a very pleasant stay in a great place - we will be back soon!

Wonderful team, always happy to help. Food is amazing, dining area is confortable and welcoming just right by the pool. There are no too many sunbeds by the pool tho and the once available are not too confortable I'm afraid. I have back problems and I wasn't able to

This hotel was really great and one of the best that I have stayed in. The main thing is that the staff are very friendly and welcoming, taking time to have a conversation with guests. The room was a good size and decent size shower. The outdoor breakfast/dining space was very nice especially in the evening time. The pool area and surrounding are just right for the number of guests that the hotel caters for. I would say the only downside is that you cannot walk to the beach however there is a free bus and taxi was only about €4 one way. Yumbo Centre is about 20-25 minutes walk.

Fell into a lovely relaxation routine between the bed, the restaurant, pool and gym.Great weather in early September. Not to hot, not too cold; just right, said Goldilocks to the three bears.

This was our third visit to this hotel in one year. Needless to say, we already made enquiries about our next visit before we checked out.Our experience here has always been positive. The staff are welcoming, friendly and attentive, nothing is too much trouble. The rooms and general facilities of the hotel are well appointed, clean and offered everything we needed for a relaxing break away from it all. Breakfast buffets offered plentiful hot and cold choices. Courses for dinner were selected from a menu, though in addition themed buffets and a barbecue were offered on certain nights. The daytime bar menu also offered a good selection of meals and snacksThe beach/dunes, a choice of shopping, restaurants and nightlife, should you need them, are only a brief, inexpensive, taxi ride away.

Wonderful small sized hotel with a luxurious feel to it. Very friendly staff. The cleaning of the room was a little bit of a hit and miss as they forgot to change my towels when they were due and twice the used coffee mugs and tea spoons had been left unwashed. Apart from this, everything else was great.
