I enjoyed my stay and would return. It is a very central location.

Excellent proximity to the underground train. Quietest hotel I’ve ever stayed in. The kitchenette was a plus and grocery stores nearby made breakfast a snap. Would stay again and would recommend. Note: not really a ton of shower privacy but if you need that then there is a dining space that affords the shower area privacy.

This structure is ideal for Berlin. Right above the U metro station and 5 minutes away from the S station. The surroundings are full of shopes, groceries, supermarkets and restaurants. Yet the rooms are super silent. The staff is very very nice and helps you out a lot. Only negative side: I understand that the carpeting helps to keep the silence around, but honestly I would avoid that in a modern structure like this.

At first I thought it might have been out of the way but it’s actually a really nice balance between acting like a local and travelling on the U-Bahn to anywhere in Berlin. It was really great!

Good and relatively cheap APART-HOTEL not far from many places and interest. U than U2 & U7 just 50 m away.

I wanted to live here.Many supermarket. Near station. Wish there was a sponge in the kitchen. A curtain between the shower and the room would be nice.

When I arrived at 10pm, the hotel door was closed.

This place was awrsome. My cozy corner had everything I needed: a small kitchenette including dishwasher and fridge. The lobby was very pleasant and always smelled very nice. Outside there were many restaurants, coffee shops and mini markets to purchase groceries.

We traveled to Berlin from the USA to see an opera production (Der Ring Das Nibelungen) at Deutsches Oper Berlin. From Brandenderg Airport (BER) it’s a simple, straight hour ride on the S-Bahn regional train to Charlottenburg station, followed by a 12 minute walk to the hotel. It is situated on a street which is an easy, 5 minute walk from the opera house. There are lots and lots of eating options of all types nearby, and the neighborhood is safe and pleasant. The Bismarckstraße U-Bahn (subway) stop exit A is right in front of the hotel. There is a small lobby which is staffed during the day and the front door to the hotel is locked after hours, so it’s very secure. We got a room on the second floor with a private terrace which had a beautiful courtyard view and outdoor furniture - it was so nice to be able to sit outside in our private terrace! The room was a full service apartment, with a sleeping area, a living area, and a fully stocked kitchen with microwave, cooktop, refrigerator, dishwasher, pots and pans, etc. the TV had good reception but there are no English language channels, if that’s important to you. The front desk staff is very nice and pleasant. There is a laundry area in the basement level with two small European sized washers and dryers so you can do your own laundry and it’s free. It’s just a perfect location, especially for the opera. Charlottenburg Palace is a pleasant 20 minute walk away. We do t have a bad thing at all to say about this place!

Clean, modern room, convenient to everything. Great neighborhood with lots of restaurants & conveniences (pharmacy, grocery store, even a full mall).

Great location, metro station is right down the street. Nice apartment, although a little bit hot in the morning sun. Well maintained, although a few more dishes wouldn’t hurt, like two tea cups instead of just one. All this is minor, overall great stay.

Checking in (and out) was smooth and easy, staff were so nice, and the room was amazing, clean, and comfortable. In a great location with shops, restaurants, cafes and the like close by. Highly recommend!

Nice apartment at good location. All that is needed is very close. Kitchen is also well equipped. Staff is very good and friendly. No room for complaints. Size of apartment is also very good for 2 persons.

The reception was great. They proposed umbrellas when it as raining and answered all questions. The appartement was smal but well equiped. There is a metrostation at thé frontdoor. A good place tot stay in Berlin.

Very nice place, very clean and close to the U Bahn. Quite easy to go downtown. The street is a bit noisy, but, since the trip was in winter, every thing was alright with th closed windows.

I traveled from the US for the Berlin Marathon. Our flight to Berlin was significantly delayed and we did not arrive until midnight. The staff provided a way for me to access my key and wait to pay until I woke the next morning. The front desk provided directions and maps that were very easy to follow. They even allowed us to store our bags for the day we checked out. Everything was wonderful!

Again a pleasure to stay at Goodmann Living in Berlin. Good spacious rooms and a perfect location. Always sweet and friendly staff. Thank you for this time, we will return.
