The location can't be beat and everyone is so friendly! From the outside, the property is dated, but the rooms are clean and the beds are so comfortable!

Out room was taken care of daily and if we needed anything all we had to do was ask, the staff was excellent. I would recommend.

Love the Norma Dan Hotel. In Pigeon Forge near the end of the parkway, so it close to Dollywood and Gatlinburg. The rooms come with a microwave and mini fridge, so our Vegan traveler was still able to have access to familiar foods when we couldn’t find something during our outings. Since it’s close to the end of the parkway, the traffic dies down at night and it’s very quiet and able to sleep. The room was cleaned every day and new towels given. Such a rarity now a days. This is my 2nd stay and I’ll securely stay again.

LOVE the Norma Dan!!! May be an older motel but everything about it makes you feel like you are at home. From the staff, service, amenities & breakfast, they cater to your needs. We will not stay anywhere in this area of TN.

It was a very short trip so really couldn't critique as much but the place was nice it was clean people were friendly to pools we weren't sure that it was open because it was October so we didn't bring bathing suits unfortunately. But overall nice place.

Great place to stay, close to attractions within walking distance. Clean rooms and nice beds. Love that they have an indoor and outdoor pool and hot tub. Love staying here every year.

If we ever make it back to the smokies we will definitely stay here again. Small motel but comfortable, staff was beyond friendly, clean and convenient to everything!
They do offer breakfast but we did not partake in that since there was so much to see!

Perfect location. Located right in the middle of everything that’s going on. On the main road easy access great parking.

Stayed here a couple years ago and was great so booked it again for a 4 night stay unfortunately the room they gave us I would suspect has had some type of water damage and had an overwhelming musty smell,too late the first night to do anything but suffer through as the office closed,first thing in the morning went to the office about it and they gave me another room right away which was fantastic,will stay again just make sure I don't get room 115 ever again.

Older property but well maintained. Super friendly and helpful stafff. It is like being at Grandma's house. Pool was clean and there were two (indoor and outdoor.) Close to attractions.

The room I booked on hotels. Com was not the room I was put in . The room smelled musky and did not have a balcony like I wanted and it was to the back no view at all . The staff was very friendly but I was so disappointed.

Excellent motel close to everything. The ladies at the front desk were amazing, sweet and hilarious. The cleaning staff were awesome as well. My son loved the use of both an indoor and outdoor pool during our off hours. Our room was spacious and clean, and the breakfast every morning was an added perk. Definitely will be out goto place to stay when we visit Pigeon Forge.

The hotel felt like a safe place to be.overall it was pretty quiet away from traffic,except for the loud kids in the pools and slamming of the gate.kids are kids though.It was pretty close to the things we wanted to do
