Absolutely beautiful and very welcoming place. Very relaxing.

The location was ideal for a good break. The property was well maintained and the staff were very hospitable. The views were amazing... I highly recommend the massage/full body scrub.

I booked this place for a mini getaway for myself and my partner to relax and unwind, and we did just that at this retreat. The service was awesome! The views- incredible and it was just an overall great experience:) short drive into town and most importantly the beach!! We will definitely be back!

The room was clean and comfortable and the unit was located in a natural environment but the accommodation was well away from the coast and difficult to find especially after dark. The room cost was acceptable but when expected to add further $50 for breakfast for 2,we had to decline,.as a continental style breakfast was all we were looking for...

Dirty, small room with no room servicing the full three days we were there. Do not recommend, for the price you can stay somewhere sooo much better

Beautiful retreat escape out of town. The views are incredible, property is gorgeous and styled well. Neat, tidy and modern. Staff really friendly and helpful. Really enjoyed our stay, will be back!

Great stay at the Cape Byron Retreat. I'm very happy we selected to stay outside of the Byron bay, but yet so close to it - only a short 10 min drive to the town. The hotel is so peaceful and a true retreat to body and mind. Hosts Marta and Phil were so friendly and helpful. Prior to arriving, Marta helped arrange in-room spa treatment which was awesome. Room was spacious, clean, and my husband and I especially loved the hammock on our patio. If we ever come back to Byron Bay, I would definitely stay here again

We stayed in the garden villa. It was newly built and luxurious. A large, comfortable king bed, stunning bathroom and a great outdoor seating area. David and Bebe are great accommodating hosts. There were a couple of issues but they were very attentive and gracious in finding a fix. Rain dampened our stay but we will be back for some sunshine!

Very disappointed firstly if I booked direct you get a welcome hamper that wasn't in the room because I booked with Expedia then the room had no mountain views no radio the menu was out of date for the Byron bay brewery the photos they show on the website are not of all rooms there was mould in the shower door frame the draw next to my bed had cockroach faeces and a dead cockroach in it on our last day when we were about to leave there was a little cockroach that had been living in our linen on our bed overall very disappointed and over the whole weekend after check in didn't see or hear from the owners a big thumbs down
