Clean and comfortable room, decent shower

The staff very helpful, friendly and welcoming. Very good breakfast with lots of choices. Located in the town centre. All round great place to stay.

Location great, close to city center. Old part of town can be noisy in the evenings, especially during summer month, but hotel has double window glass.

Very easy to find, clean and the reception was first class. Staff were friendly and professional. Will be staying there again

Arrived late at around midnight and got key by ringing the bell, exactly as agreed in my telephone call with hotel. Dog allowed, parking available in this centrally located hotel in Monchengladbach. People talking in surrounding street late in evening and still when I got up around 6.30; it was quiet in room though. Room and the whole hotel seemed recently renovated, decorated. Room was spacious and very clean, good bed, with welcome bottle of water. Bathroom very clean as well, but getting hot water in right proportion to cold takes a bit of trial and error with the electric boiler. It did work in the end, just make sure the water jet is strong enough. Friendly owners. Surrounding area is mainly bars etc, but there is also a park with pond, excellent to walk the dog. There is a cozy breakfast room, but I did not use it.
