We booked a double queen room because my parents were traveling with my husband and I to attend family weekend at WKU. We made our reservations months in advance because this is a popular event. When we arrived we were given a room with 1 king bed to accommodate 4 adults. Evidently, the hotel was overbooked. We weren't offered any type of compensation besides "Hyatt" points. My husband had to go purchase an air mattress so everyone would have a place to sleep. Also, both elevators were broken. My parents are both in their 70's and hauling luggage up steps was not possible. We were not able to unpack until late that night after one of the elevators was repaired. One elevator remained inoperable the entire weekend. We have stayed here many times and NEVER had so much trouble.

The hotel was decent. Our room was nice but there were some issues. The sink in the bathroom was extremely slow draining, and the shower leaked out onto the floor. Also the bathrooms don't have exhaust fans. I wish the hotel was a little more straight forward about their parking situation. Most available parking is in a parking garage and for what I drive that wouldn't have been an option. Overall decent hotel though.

Hotel is located near/on campus. Out of the way from shopping and major restaurants. Parking is a ways from hotel in parking garage.

It was right on the campus of WK university we were surrounded by Frat house, it was quiet, clean, staff was the best, parking was easy in the parking garage

We booked a room here for an event in downtown Bowling Green. We read the reviews and it seemed like a good choice, as there are not many (if any) other large hotels downtown near the park. Bowling Green is no Nashville, so for $475./night, the condition of the place is the worst I've seen in a Hyatt hotel. And, I've seen a lot over the decades. The hallways and elevator area carpets look like something out of Animal House. If I could attach photos, I would. Disgusting. Hallway doors/frames a banged-up mess. Dark mildew in the corners of the bathroom wallcoverings because there are no exhaust fans for shower steam to escape the bathrooms. You do not want to walk on floors without socks - never barefoot. Decor is modern, but this place needs a good thorough cleaning and upgrade of flooring, for sure. Not worth what we paid. The queen beds were nice, however.

Close to WKU!

Hotel was very quaint and conveniently located in the middle of WKU campus. Lovely Mexican restaurant next to the pool. Property was well kept and maintained.

Hotel was good, breakfast buffet really good. We were in room 330 and could hear clearly Walking and movement of people on the fourth floor. Shower has signs of serious water leak from 4th floor.

The pool was cloudy that you couldn’t even see your hand! Too many chemicals, I think! Front Desk said the paint in pool was reacting to chemicals- either way it was very bad with no compensation

The room was very clean. The property was clean and tje staff were great Our only complaint was we couldnt use the pool during our stay.

After arriving in our room the tv was not working. We tried everything we were told to try after calling the front desk with no luck. Told us they would have someone look at it but they didnt arrive to fix it until our 3rd day of being there. Couch was gross with stains. Loud families at the pool until going for 10 at night chanting names. Air conditioner in room was extremely loud. Rates were overpriced.

Proximity to WKU

Very clean yet the A/C was extremely noisy with a rattling sound. After informing front desk, was told no maintenance was available, hotel was full so no possibility of a room change. Very little sleep, no compensation. Thus service was poor in my opinion.

Everything about this place was fine, except no room had a microwave. We had a nice fridge, but no microwave.

Great stay

Check in was a breeze and the staff was super friendly. The room was okay and clean. We were very disappointed by the pool though as it was incredibly cloudy and when I saw the maintenance man trying to "fix" the problem, he just threw in more shock. Sleeping there was miserable but that wasn't entirely the hotel's fault. The beds were uncomfortable but we were woken 3 times during the night by the passing trains sounding their horns as well as the dumpster being emptied by the garbage truck around 4 AM.

If I could give zero stars for the pool I would but the rest of the experience was great! Room was clean, large, bed was comfy! Staff was excellent!! Everyone was super nice and working hard! The pool water was literally so cloudy you can’t see the stairs and it had a green tint Blech! We didn’t swim because of that. The breakfast was great! There is a Mexican restaurant right next to the hotel and a bar across the street as well as other walkable dining options. It is right across from frat/sorority but it was quiet, not sure if school is back in yet. Would def stay again! But please fix that water!

Parking wasn’t easy

Room was quiet and all staff we encountered were friendly and helpful. Property was not in perfect condition (one elevator was out of service during our stay, there were stains on the carpet in some hallway areas, etc.) but overall it was clean and we enjoyed the amenities like breakfast and the outdoor swimming pool.

The location of this property is perfect for WKU parents.

Conveniently located for WKU tour!

The Expedia listing was wrong, as they did not have laundry as was stated. Some staff were friendly, manager not so much. They had a lot of VIP guests, and it was obvious we were not in that category. We had to hunt down someone to get bedding for the sleeper sofa, as the lobby does not answer the phone. The breakfast was good. The rooms were clean. The Mexican restaurant next door is fantastic!

Too cold everywhere. Couldn’t turn off AC in room. Parking was not as convenient with the walk to the parking garage. 4th floor with only 1 elevator working had us using the stairs a lot. Trip to garage longer with that

The hotel was ok, but I chose the hotel because it served dinner, but then it wasn't staffed. Then the shower head wasn't adjustable and the spray stung my skin and I couldn't adjust the angle. Parking is was a block over, and not convenient at all. To top it off, elevator was broken for over a week and not fixed. I don't recommend for the price.
