Not safe for family with kids

The air conditioning did not work. We went to the front desk twice, we called from our room again. No one attended to that issue.the room was very hot and we couldn’t sleep any of the two nights. I will not recommend this hotel.

Great access to the metro & connectivity. Room entry cards kept expiring everyday. Too much noise from Main Street to the room. Excellent staff

We travelled with the kids,only thing I would like to request is a kettle. We struggled to make formula for the baby, other that it was great.

OK for a business overnight

- the hotel location isn’t nice especially at nights it looks unsafe with strange people around. I don’t know why the hotel don’t manage the situation - not all staff are customer friendly, specially people at the bar, actually very rude - Difficult to find a botttle of water, reception didn’t have and rather than offer a proper solution, recommended me to drink tap water from the bathroom - Hotel don’t offer many options to eat

Great room- large and comfortable with refrigerator, kettle, seating area, large bathroom. Only criticism- the bed could have been larger given the room was large enough to house it. Breakfast adequate. Lobby spaceous

Wouldn't recommend this hotel to anyone.

Cleaning, breakfast is excellent, a guy on night shift at counter not polite, chatting with other people and ignoring me waiting there for 10 minutes

Customer service poor not friendly

The property itself is okay and its staff are great. I just don’t like the fact people hang in front of the hotel to smoke and sell cigarettes. Inside is nice and clean. The staff is mostly pleasant and helpful. The hotel is fine for family but the outside smoking and cigarettes selling ticked me off a bit. If you’re not bothered by the smoking in front of the hotel, I would recommend it They are plenty of places to eat, Though some areas of the city are not cleaned.

Good hotel but problematic surrounding

Not the best experience at this hotel. It felt unsafe from the very moment me and my family were entering the hotel. The door nearly shattered was the first impression upon entering the hotel. The Hotel itself does not belong in that area. There were often times drunk people singing at night while I was trying to fall asleep. The staff was doing their best to “be polite” but, they were just truly rude and inconsiderate. I kept asking for the staff to book a taxi and to ask if it is confirmed for my flight. And it almost seemed as if they were doing nothing all day, staring at a screen. All of the staff at the front desk just standing around. The rooms are another story, there is no sufficient air condition whatsoever. You will be waking up in a pool of sweat, 4 days of no sleep because the air condition never worked. Also, there seems to be a noise every 20 minutes in the room with the circuitboard, where you insert your key card. It was a loud noise that had awoken everyone each time. The food is okay, it looks microwaved in the “gourmet” bar. But, I can only say, the breakfast was the only good part of staying at this hotel. The rest of it, terrible.

The hotel rooms are OK, but you could tell, that the carpet hasn’t been washed in a while. The restroom sink was clogged and nobody came to fix it when we requested it. We asked for an ironing board and iron because they dont have any in the rooms, so they don’t have employees to take it, and we had to go and pick it up at the reception, and returned it when we were done using it. They didn’t clean our room on our first day there, even though we let the staff know that they could do it. It’s not what we expected.

Highly recommended. My daughter forgot jewelry in the lobby and the desk staff kindly retrieved it and returned it to us. Very honest staff. Extremely happy with my stay.

This hotel was far from the glamorous Parisian hotels that one would hope to stay in. You get what you pay for but it doesn’t justify the horrible breakfast and the rooms that smelt of damp.

There was no hot water for 2 days, the front entrance is full of people who were trying to sell cigarettes to my 10 year old and the area/trains are full of pick pickets

We had a great stay, the hotel is convenient located near a metro stop. We used the 1-2 zone daypass for €7,50 a day to visit all the attractions in Paris. Travel time to Paris is approximately 30 mins. by metro. Parking was expensive, but nice garage. We didn’t have breakfast as it was expensive too. The guy at the front desk was very kind.

Convenable

Really great stay convenient location to M13. Service was great 😊 the room comfortably catered for 2 adults & 2 children

The people in the reception were so kind to support everything we needed. The location was also good and you can reach to the subway stations in 2 mins. Parking place was also good and safe and you can access to the reception directly from the parking so that you don't have to go out once. I am not sure about the safety around the area since there were so many police walking around.
