the room was quite small and because they say boutique means it is ok to put garden furniture in the room instead of chairs ,the coffee machine had old water left in it and strange things floating on the top but the housekeeper cleaned it right away .the people on the desk were very helpful with everything

What a pleasure it was staying at this fantastic boutique Hotel.
The location was in the very centre of it all, the room was really nice and the staff were the icing on the cake. Such a WONDERFUL experience. Highly recommend!

The room was old (not updated). There was construction going on and I could see the dust on the rug. The staff was really pleasant and the service to the airport was very convenient. The hotel really needs to be updated. It felt dark and dirty.

Front desk:they had different staff all the time by the ones that were there were super nice.
Cleaning: room has someone’s contact lenses stuck on the floor. Also in the bathroom there was a sticker with the size of clothing stuck to the floor as well which shows they don’t clean the floors well.
Towels have seen better days!
Bathroom door: does not shut all the way. If you don’t care that others hear your business while you are in the bathroom then you are ok.
Telephone in the room didn’t work. Plug was broken.
Bedding: good
A/C: great
Cleaning crew: never showed up after I requested vacuuming in my room. Asked the front desk, but when we got back the floor had not been vacuumed and the dirty glasses and coffee cups had not been replaced.
Internet: sucked
Overworked we loved the location.

Perfect location. Central Valencia was very enchanting. The room was big and bright. Super clean. Front desk staff were great and spoke English very well.
We’d have stayed for a couple more days, however they were sold out. They deserve to be.

The hotel is within the boundaries of the old city center, situated near all the main sights. Near the hotel are excellent places for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Bike rent is justa few minutes away. The hotel room offered plenty of room, with windows on a quiet side street. Its furnishing was simple and functional but neat and clean. We loved it as an excellent base to discover the city of Valencia

We had a really nice family room with one king and two bunks. Everything was clean and in good condition. There were multiple large windows that let in light and could be opened. The air conditioning could be turned on, even though it wasn’t summer yet. Huge benefit during the unseasonably warm weather in March and not the case in all hotels during our trip. We were there for las falls. Was very loud everywhere in the city, but lots of fun. Room stayed relatively quiet for being so close to the action. At check in the hotel also provided small fireworks/snaps for the kids and las fallas bandannas for all of us.
