Check in staff lovely and efficient.
Good quality food. Excellent service always from lady with big dark glasses and red lipstick with always a big smile. Male waiting staff and servers of meat and fish always grumpy. Roof bar staff friendly and efficient. Our room cleaners were grumpy, but made beds and changed towels daily. If you were not up by 9.15 they hung the ‘no’ sign on your door. We did have a different lady on one occasion who did an amazing job. Did what the others do but swept and cleaned floors which the other cleaners didn’t do. She was very efficient and friendly. Lady in spa always friendly and efficient and speaks all languages very well.
The snack bar by the pool run very well. Great food and great service always.

Great breakfast. Rooms small but modern. Single beds only, not ideal, pillows were awful. Room floor was not very clean on arrival. Roof top bar is stunning, a must see! Good location, great transport links for much of the island. But for me the pool & sunbathing areas were a real let down, in urgent need to refurbishment, but based on what we paid we cant complain too much. Nice time was had, but all in all due to the run down pool areas we spent most of our days at the beach or another hotel pool.

Convenient location next to beach and food. multiple pools, the spa was great. Advertised as a spa, but seems like a hotel for people with kids, they have concert sing alongs every night, kids screaming everywhere, the spa was a side option not the main point of the hotel. Rooms not sound proof could hear everything in halls and above.
The roof was leaking, I mentioned it to the front desk and they said "we'll fix it when you leave"..no room move offered no discount not even an apology. Also mentioned before we got there my husband and I are celebrating our honeymoon and requested an amenity, nothing was offered. Every other hotel we stayed at in spain set our room up with some sort of amenity except this one. All in all would probably go back for a spa day pass, but not return to the hotel.

The hotel was amazing, everyone so friendly and helpful. Our only criticism was the lack of salmon at meal times and the uncomfortable bed head.

All and all good. We got a room on the ground floor with balcony on the ugly backside. We asked to change and it took 4 days. The hotel was us from Sweden and 90% german with small kids.
If you travel with small children this is a good hotel for you. Me and my son (13) would have prefered a more chill hotel. The gym need to be refreshed. Old and some machines are broken.
We renares a car from the AirPort and drove to Alcúdia beach every day. That beach is so much better and beautiful.
The hotel staff was friendly and good food. Also healthy choices.

Nice pool area, with plenty of selection for sunbeds. Room was spacious and clean. Close to the beach, and loads of restaurants.
Some slight negatives, that prevented me from giving a 5/5 rating:
- Have to pay for the safe in the room. Would have expected this to be included for free.
- Nowhere to fill up water bottles. The hotel is supposed to be eco friendly, but sells plastic bottles in a vending machine.
- No ice machine in hotel.

Apartment with bathroom with curtains is the most unhygienic thing I know. Make sure you check in at reception so you don't get an apartment like this :(. No spa items in the bathrooms. Even soap is in bars :( The safe in the apartments, if you want to use it, you have to pay!
Breakfast is not the best, no fresh fruit juice. All machine-made and with a worse flavor than those sold in boxes on the market, very artificial. Many dirty dishes and coffee cups after washing. Shows poor quality of industrial dishwasher.
Swimming pool ok - it's nice that the hotel has a lot of green area, trees and a shady place, but sun chairs are already very old and uncomfortable.
I didn't try the Spa but the indoor pool is horrible and old.
In short, I think the hotel just wants tourists' money but doesn't invest in good maintenance. Grupotel never again 😒!

Perfect for young families with nursery age children. Teenagers would be bored. Lovely grounds but pools were very cold. Not much to do at night in hotel for adults

We arrived late with our baby and the reception staff were very helpful. The lady gave us some milk so our little one would be content as it was 2am. We were taken to our room and nothing was too much trouble. All staff were helpful and pleasant. A lovely clean hotel that catered for all your needs!

Air con not perfect. Attention to detail wasn't great. The lady who was there only a few days was really good and got things sorted for us as much as could, i think her name was Belen.
Anyway place was clean, lovely spa and pool area's. Close to the restaurants and town.

Spa area under 16 age cant go - wasnt info about that in Expedia page, then we booked that trip (if was knew didnt go there, bc for child 12 years was only small swimmingpool, there was babys and adults too)

We are really happy we chose this hotel.
Very modern, clean and well organised hotel, people who work there very friendly, helpful, smiley and make you feel like on holiday every day.
Pools were amazing, pool towels and spa are free, lots to do for small kids, our baby was overmoon.
The highlight of the stay was huge variety of food to choose from during the breakfast and dinner, good quality aswell.
Nice touch coffee jar given in the morning per table so you dont need to waste your time qeueing next to the machine.
On Sunday they even gave prosecco for breakfast which was very nice surprise.
Overall, amazing standard hotel, with lots of pools for kids and nice meals you can choose for your taste, clean and enjoyable atmosphere.

Myself and my partner recently had the privilege of staying at this hotel and it was an amazing experience.
The room was quite spacious, comfortable and clean, my only reservation is about the bathroom glass door, it doesn't really provide privacy.
The staff was excellent and the housekeeping team kept our room in perfect order.
One of the highlights of our stay was the hotel's spa with the indoor pool, sauna and steam room, which we used a lot during the cloudy days.
The outdoor and swimming pools areas are fantastic and spacious, they don't feel overcrowded.
There are plenty of dining options and shops around the hotel, very touristy though.
Great transportion too, the bus stop is just across the road.
If you're seeking an unforgettable getaway, look no further. This hotel is a true gem.

We stayed here for one week in June with one adult and two children. Unfortunately, the room was not very clean when we arrived, especially the bathroom and the kitchen. Twice during our stay, we had to complain about a significant number of ants in the apartment. However, the worst part was waking up one night to find a mouse in the bed and several more on the floor. We had to insist on getting a new room immediately, and to our dismay, we did not receive any compensation for this dreadful experience.
On the positive side, the pool was nice, and the food was quite good. However, overall, the service provided should have been much better, considering the issues we faced during our stay.

This hotel is located perfectly 2 min walk to beach and shops. Staff all very friendly. Etremly clean. I have 3 negatives the air conditioning was not cold i do not agree for paying for a safe in a 4* hotel. Never had to before. And breakfast food was cold. The sky bar was excellent anazing views and the drinks in the hotel are as cheap if not cheaper than in the bars.

Lovely quiet hotel and very central. Great facilities and super clean. We loved the spa.Nice to have a fridge on the room but be aware there is a charge for the in room safe. Daily or weekly. Staff at breakfast worked very hard. Food was plentiful,not amazing but still good and fresh and constantly replenished. Staff in bar and restaurant lovely,efficient and helpful. We didn’t have dinner as we were on bed and breakfast option.

The stay was amazing, great hotel one of the best I’ve stayed at. Three great pools, the spa is great also. Loved the breakfast, they had a violinist playing on some mornings. Mini-bar was good too, played the football when it was on. Amazing views from the rooftop bar, I just wish it was restaurant too. Great service all round from information to ordering taxis. Mini-golf course is a fun thing to do in your spare time. Great for couples and/or families.

Our transfer took hours (not arranged by the hotel) but we were met with a smile, fresh orange juice and a cold buffet - even though it was midnight! Hotel was spotless, staff always friendly, and facilities well maintained. Food was high quality and a good variety for both breakfast and dinner. Only minor fault from my perspective was the lack of labelling in the dining room - no allergens are highlighted which makes it difficult to tell what’s safe to eat when you have allergies....perhaps this can be addressed?

Loved this hotel, the staff are really friendly and the hotel itself is really clean. In particularly liked the pool area which never felt crowded. Did not eat dinner at the hotel but had breakfasts which were really good with plenty of choice. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

The hotel is really good. The only issue with design is glass door idea for the bathroom in the room. As it does not seal so leaves a gap and not the most private from noise for other occupants within the room.

Gran Vista & Spa has lots of space and sun beds, great pools, is clean and helpful friendly staff, close to beach. Lots of German families which I always prefer to Brits (and I’m a Brit!)
