Amazing place, the staff were wonderful, the food was fantastic, my daughter is vegetarian and they adjusted some dishes to suit. We couldn’t have asked for more. Wonderful holiday

We stayed here for 3 nights and absolutely loved our stay. The service was excellent, the food from the restaurant was fantastic and the view of the caldera was lovely. I would recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a quiet stay in Santorini. I think the only improvement that could be made is better ventilation in the bathroom but that is a minor point that would not impact my decision to stay again.

The staff from receptionist, house keeping to servers were always nice & friendly. Great view of the sunset right outside our room. The trail is right behind the hotel, great location.

No idea how they got so many 10 ratings. Stayed in a suite with the smallest bathroom and sink i have ever seen. Many things broken or loose. Restart was great food and service. Lastly do not get any recommendations from front desk. They have deals with the transportation company and other providers. I.e. airport with their company $65. Every other transport 35. Dune buggy 150, book yoursel 100

Had a great experience staying at this property. The sunset views, pool and hot tub were amazing. Great service by the hotel/restaurant staff. Would definitely stay here again.

The staff here are wonderful. They are thoughtful and they genuinely care about their work and the happiness of their guest. The view is exceptional and they assist in every way possible. I would totally recommend staying here and I would book all over again.

We stayed here a few weeks ago. We have traveled a lot, but Hotel West East Suites is my favorite I have ever stayed at. This hotel truly blew us away. The staff cannot do enough for you. They truly care and want to make sure you are having a wonderful stay. The service in the hotel is impeccable. Front desk/reception happy to help and arrange anything you need. The chef is beyond reproach and the bartenders are personable and accommodating. Gorgeous pool area which is great for sunset cocktails. The hotel room was unbelievable, really tastefully designed and had an incredible view over the sea. We had a private jacuzzi outside our room. While sitting in the jacuzzi, the views are breathtaking. We had a delicious breakfast delivered to our room each morning. Spent two nights and enjoyed every second. Absolutely stunning, It’s so beautiful and luxury hotel. I recommend it for everyone who visit Santorini. Wish we could stay forever. Thank you, Chris and all of the staff.

The infinite pool suite is absolutely stunning, great location, clean, great staff and creative breakfast. Also their fly away restaurant is very elegant and food is delicious. Highly recommended for honeymoon or get away for couples. Suite pool area is not completely private but is definitely more private than any other accomodations around. Enjoy!

Amazing views, service and staff!

We love everything about West East. The attention to detail is second to none. Pure luxury and nothing is too much. A very special place

West East was a great way to spend our last two days on the island. The welcome was warm and inviting. We were given a tour of the property before settling into our outstanding room. The view was unbelievable. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. Breakfast was included and was very good. Words could not express how wonderful this hotel was. The only downside was that the restaurant was maybe a little fufu for us. We will be back.

Quiet, relaxing, stunning sea view, great breakfast, staff very friendly and attentive. The 5 nights went too fast!

Everything was excellent..the service, amazing clean spacious rooms, and views of the Caldera and Oia building structures. Very beautiful place to stay.

We had a wonderful stay. The staff was amazing and our pool with caldera view was second to none. I highly recommend starting here.

Fay and Effie were awesome! They arranged transportation to and from airport. They set up and offered excursion options. They made you feel cared for in a foreign country. The property was very clean. The view was amazing! You had to climb stairs to get to your room. The room was either to hot or to cold. Unable to watch American National sports. One high end restaurant on-site with no other options within walking distance. Food delivery options were available. Overall good experience with all things considered.

The stay here was perfect. I’ve stayed at many villas but our room at this property was just outstanding. We stayed in the infinity pool suite. The view from our room was breathtaking! The best part of our stay was the service. The staff here, especially the front desk staff was so attentive and helpful with everything. Faye and Zina were so helpful. Really recommend staying here.

Wonderful stay at this property, the royal suite was just beautiful, staff go out of their way to make sure everything is perfect, Fay in the concierge was lovely and very helpful. Breakfast (served fresh to the room!) every morning was delicious.

4 days spent in this magnificent establishment. Top-of-the-range service, exceptional point of view. Very professional, attentive and very considerate staff. The level of the restaurant is a nice surprise and the quality has nothing to envy to some French tables present in a famous guide. Special mention for Fay, his smile, his kindness and the quality of his various advice.

This is a great hotel!! Highly recommend it - we stayed here for our honeymoon and the views are incredible. The hotel staff were so friendly and accomdating.
