We had a corner room on the 11th floor with beautiful panoramic views through floor to ceiling windows. The room was spacious and modern, coffee, water and soft drinks in the honor bar were included. Espresso machine and water dispenser in the lobby also gratis. Beautiful drinks and surprisingly good dinner on the top floor. Breakfast was also included and adequate. Safe neighborhood, close to the Metropolitan Park with gondola and funicular, and the lively Bellavista neighborhood for nightlife.

Love the location! Room was amazing. Brand new property. But out lock didn’t work so after 1st night we packed our luggage and moved to another room. 2nd day of out stay they forgot to clean our room, but front desk kindly provided fresh towels and water for minibar with coffee capsules.

We arrived ar 11.15 pm and despite of previous email confirmation reminder and automatic survey for check in rating from Hotel.com, they couldn't find our booking. It took more than 20 mns to finally get⁰ keys but when we arrived at the room it was already occupied!!
Coming down at the reception the receptionist first lpicked up his phone and wanted to "understand" why the room was occupied instead of finding us an other room...(by that time we had passed mighnight and simply wanted to finally get a room)
When we finally could get in yhe room, it was smelling cigarettes but they never came to disinfect
Too bad as it has all infrastructure to be a nice place ...
It kept its promises you can read in yhe elevator "unforgettable"... indeed but not for the right reasons...

The 3rd time at the Solace and we will never consider another hotel as it delivers what we need, i.e friendly staff, clean rooms with always free water and coffee, nice breakfast and good location. Also free parking

Nice location on a residential street but only steps away from a main boulevard. Front desk personnel were great and gave good tips. Comfortable beds.

FIRST: Please note that my husband and I were robbed in the lobby of the hotel. There is no security. I don't know if that is common in Chile, we only stayed at one place and have nothing to compare it to. My husband's passport was in the bag that was stolen, but then mysteriously showed up at the hotel later that day. As if the person who "found" the passport knew where we were staying.
SECOND: Everything else about the hotel was just fine. Clean. Good breakfast. Just don't use the phone app to access the elevators - it works only now and then.

The staff is very kind and helpful, rooms are spacious and very organized. Free minibar with sodas and water, coffe and tea 24/7. Breakfast is really good and healthy options, waiters in breakfast area are very kind and helpful. Loved ny stay and would definitely recommend

This hotel surpassed my expectations. It is modern, clean and the area around it is safe and has dining options within walking distance. Staff was very friendly and breakfast was very good.
The bed is comfortable as expected. I would definitely stay there again if I go back to Santiago.

Strong “piss/urine” smell on the 10th floor and inside the rooms. A/c and heater are so loud - you can sleep at all. Sink and toilet are on the opposite side of the room from the shower, this is ridiculous.
The entire room feels and smells dated and overused. That piss smell is digusting. This is their best suite, I can imagine what a going on in the cheaper rooms.
Breakfast is the same and very limited, takes forever to get fried eggs you order..
front desk (two gay guys) do not how to operate the system and laughing at guests..
location is not very good either..

It was a beautiful experiencia to be at Solace Hotel. Special thanks to Felipe, Alejandro and the rest of the staff. Everybody was line. Hope to be there again

The staff was very bad, unfriendly and things are not as depicted. The room was not as clean as expected. There was an horrible smell in the bathroom all the time. The breakfast is very limited (eggs, toast, bad coffee, fruits and one or two pastries). Staff was always unfriendly and useless. We cannot recommend this place.

The hotel was wonderful with amazing rooftop pool views. The breakfast was great and all the staff was very nice. Felipe, Giovanni, Evelyn, Miguel, Jordan and Ignacio were all very helpful!

Solace Hotel is in a very good and safe spot in the city. The front desk people were very nice and helpful, the room and bathroom were very clean, and our view was pretty good. The hotel is about a 15 minute walk along the river to the Gran Torre Santiago, and there is an amazing view of it from the Hotel rooftop bar/restaurant/pool. Definitely would stay here again if I am ever back in Santiago.

The staff at the front desk were amazing and very helpful, the upstairs, pool bar, and pool deck were beautiful and relaxing, and the room was beautiful with every amenity covered. Definitely would go back!
