Employees super courteous. Breakfast nice with smiling hostess every day. Whirlpool is great

Very clean, comfortable older property that needs a refresh. Looks like it's straight out of the 70s or 80s. Rooms are spacious with comfy beds and furniture. Minimal amenities other than pool and complimentary breakfast. Biggest advantage is its close proximity to OC Airport.

Called twice to ask for breakfast time and asked for a late check out and the reps seams very unhappy about the interaction. We checked out a day earlier and I was not informed ahead of time that a $200 deposit was required before booking .

Friendly staff, comfortable stay for 2 nights, lots of parking and easy access to freeways and malls.

Checkin was quick, rooms were clean. But that’s it…. Rooms were ‘never’ made up, had to ask for clean towels as and when required, apparently you have to ask for rooms to be made up, we asked twice, they never arrived until the last day where they were told to come back later after we checked out (we had a late flight so booked an additional night) went to us the laundry area, change machine not working went to reception - they had no change! You can also ask for small kitchen appliances, I asked for a toaster- they didn’t have any - poor hotel with poor service

There’s no parking the guy in the front desk told me to go park outside. I had to take over from where I left my car.

Breakfast was great but you have no idea what they are serving until it’s on your plate a sign would be nice. Parking sucks spaces are to small. People were either taking two spaces or just parking crooked. They also house two types of rental companies where they have no room to store them. Rental car and moving trucks. They need to be on a separate property. But the rooms are great and clean. I would recommend just bring your smaller car.

Overall, for the room, it was a great value. I would definitely stay again on a similar trip. The room was comfortable and there was a full size fridge. The TVs were a little small/dated. I know there is a push for eco-friendly toiletries; this was a disappointment. There was only one multi-purpose, hospital grade 3-1 product in the shower and it was poor quality. Would prefer a dedicated conditioner and body wash. Also, bathrooms could use updating. The breakfast was good and they had to go boxes so you could take it with. I wish there was a little variety on what was served. It was delicious but same exact thing every day. The pool area was nice and hot tub was perfect temp. Only perplexing thing about the property overall was that when outside on grounds, there was a persistent mildew smell.

I’m glad they offered breakfast, but it was very minimal amount. We wanted to use the pool and it wasn’t open early and we couldn’t access the gym with our hotel key

The room was awesome except the beds were extremely uncomfortable. Staff is very nice and it was quiet

The cons: We stayed 3 nights and never had and cleaning service. Had to find a housekeeper to get fresh towels and left our full garbage bags in the hallway. Breakfast was not great.

We got there a little early and they let us check in, there is a $200 hold that you get back after you check out. The lady at the front was very friendly and patient with me as I was unaware that the hold was that much. I got the money back right after I checked out. The hotel was very clean and comfy for a short or long stay! The breakfast was also good and we loved the staff.

Mediocre stay. Bed was hard, room was reasonably clean. Shower did not drain, weird to have a kitchenette with no kitchenware! Will try somewhere different next time.

Wasn’t a bad property very clean and together front desk staff were professional and helpful. My room was supposed to have a balcony in the king suite unfortunately was not given a balcony pillows were horrible. Worst pillows I’ve ever used in my life would like to see them, replaced them with some more firm pillows the bed was OK Overall the cleaning of the room was OK 100% recommend

A good night sleep. The bed was low to the floor… like no box spring,, but comfortable.

The room was perfect for me!! I needed to refrigerate my medication and I had a full size fridge. The room was clean with an abundance of storage for my clothing. The pillows were like sleeping on a cloud. Aside from the cable service going out a lot, the service was great.

I stayed here because of the airport shuttle, but the shuttle had limited hours, seriously!!! And then when I expressed that, the desk clerk became rude.
The room I was in had mold in the bathroom and the air conditioning wasn’t working full time. The bathroom had peeling wallpaper and paint. I loved the layout of the room but overall it needs a lot of work to get a better rating.
And oh yeah, I stayed next to a “long term stay resident” which is very unsettling.

This hotel was very nice and clean. Breakfast is great as well.
The only thing I don’t like is that they’re cashless and I had to use my card which ended costing me more due to the high exchange rate.

Their Breakfast is always the same . Wish they would go back how Country Inn was before Mainstay took over . They had a buffet style breakfast make your own waffles . Now they have someone make water down pancakes and Eggs with no flavor. They should walk over to the La Quinta hotel that how Country inn breakfast was before COVID . I ask the front desk if they’ll ever go back to old breakfast all He said it because of COVID . Wish everyone would stop blaming COVID .

Hotel has outside entrances to the rooms. The rooms have had a basic remodel. Breakfast was basic but fresh. Airport shuttle only runs on the hour. Shuttle driver drove too fast and unsafely.

Right after receiving my room key, i had to cross an employee smoking weed. The room had a weird smell. The fridge in the room made a loud sound all night. There was also limited parking. There was no options for the breakfast provided. You just get a plate of they liking.

Parking was terrible and not enforced. When I tried to leave my car was blocked in. At least 12 cars were in the fire lane.
