For sure it is an amazing and happy stay in a clean, tranquil hotel with friendly staff. It was so cozy to have our meal at the restaurant on 17th floor with bird eye views on the vicinity area and beautiful sunset. The room was spacious. Foods were not expensive.

Service at reception good for Val, but there was a guy who did not even speak good Spanish. Both jacuzzi and shower water were cold, the conditioner and towel holder were not working. The food at the restaurant took ages.

Good service and reasonable priced, nice views in the rooftop restaurant, decent room layout. If there is automatic doors like the Mandarin Oriental cross the street did, it will be perfect.

I stayed here on two occasions in a 2 week period and the person who checked me in both times was especially lovely. All of the staff were really great. It's a good hotel, but the staff really made the experience for me.

I am a world traveler been in many hotels all over. I encountered the best friendly and most helpful staff willing to help in any possible way and make everything possible!

They had a nice gym we wanted to use during our three day stay there. It was by appointment only we tried and tried to make an appointment but the people at the desk could never find the person to make it with. We couldn’t use the gym ever because the right people could not be found to schedule it for us. They gym was empty the whole time we were at the hotel. No one ever used it. It seemed such a waste. Why have a fun if you don’t let people use it.

Excellent hotel. Amazing views ceiling to floor windows, spotless, 10 min walk to great Shopping Malls and restaurants. Will be my No1 go to hotel in Santaigo.

We stayed 2 days at a time ,twice, first time the shower was not working (manager deducted 50% off one night)...the room was cold... Second stay,room was cold again (heating system not working right,the manager offered to send a portable electric heater)....housekeeping was sloppy. Room setting is odd.....shower stall is part of the room,So is the sink ....Toilett is separate . Breakfast was very good and varied. We requested a different kind of juice and we were offered an excellent substitute:fresh strawberry juice!!! Lobby very large ,cold and worn out looking furniture !!!!

Staff is great, but the room that I stayed definitely needs an upgrade. Room has a lot of black and dark grey features and does not feel bright and clean. Bathroom sink is black stone but has lots of stains as well as the chrome on the faucet. The carpet was dark grey and looks a little unkept. The hotel has potential but again a bright update will do very well. Now the staff is definitely the plus in this hotel.

Beautiful hotel. Fantastic views. Weird bathroom setup. You come out of the shower straight in to the bedroom. The hand wash is also in the bedroom. Minimal closet space. Excellent restaurant and bar in the seventeenth floor. Poor service only at breakfast time. Otherwise, excellent service

Nice hotel with excellent location , quiet neighborhood , good restaurants at walking distance. We stayed two nights in Santiago under difficult times, curfew from 10pm until 6am , the staff was great , they did everything to make our stay as good as possible under the circumstances. Special thanks to all workers at 17th floor where the restaurant is.

For the most start I had a good stay. Very professional staff and I would say actually nice and very helpful. Spacious room. Excellent restaurant. I am not sure why it is ranked as a 4 star hotel. It seemed 5 star in every way.

I stayed 3 times in this property because the management and the service was great until my last time I stayed here. I had a terrible experience with the staff at the restaurant. SERGIO the one that served me was rude to me at the restaurant and I complaint to the on duty manager and nobody did anything to help me. I also sent a message to the General Manager of the Hotel and he did not care. I will never stay at this hotel again!

I travel around the world and stay in quite a few hotels for business during the year. After a long day of work, it is essential from my point of view, to come back to a place of warmth and relaxation to de-stress. Hotel Cumbres misses the mark in a big way on this most important point. The hotel itself is well located and relatively clean. I really wanted to enjoy it. However, the staff made the entire experience uncomfortable. From the moment I walked through the door, I was greeted by a stone cold bar bouncer, unsmiling and looking like he had been standing there all day..bored. The staff attending the front desk were and are purely transactional. There was no warm "good morning", smile or energy in their jobs. If I were their manager, I would fire all of them and look for more attentive profiles. That IS the job you know. Of course, my perception could have been mistaken for a one time occurrence, but I stayed at the hotel for 10 days...and their demeanor did not change. The last gentleman to assist me passed me the bill without even looking at me, without saying the general "thanks for staying with us" or "have a great flight home". This is the way to treat a client that has just stayed in your hotel for 10 nights? Other aspects of the hotel were ok. The restaurant , The Glass, could use a bit more variety on its menu. Rooms were a bit small but the price was right. Unfortunately, I just could not shake the unwelcoming feeling of the hotel in general.
