My husband and I stayed here for less than 10 hrs, just to sleep. Staff was nice, hotel was clean, the size of the room was alright, the area where is located gets so lonely and dark at night but other than that is okay.
Ps-we stayed here because our daughter wasnt with us or else I would of booked somewhere else. I don’t think this hotel is/looks kid friendly.

I like this place becasue it was convinient and cheap, but it also had a good standard regarding the hotel itself. The area around it was bad but the hotel is amazing.

Everything was great and very convenient for us as a couple. We had a few doctors appointments and was an easy location to get around the city and back. Everyone from the guard on duty to the front desk host had excellent service with a smile. Not to mention the breakfast in the morning something but will get your day started right. Thank you for making it a great and successful weekend.

OnI of the best hidden gems in Tijuana close to downtown and eateries…lots of spacious parking…close to the border just a few blocks away…Definitely coming back again.

It's a nice property. Pretty close to downtown and very accessible from the airport or bus station. I highly recommend this hotel if this is your first time. The staff is friendly and very responsive. Kuddos to y'all!!!

This hotel has the best breakfast. The rooms are moderate sized and carpeted... Which we found to be an great! There is both a heater and coolant in the window a unit.

We had two rooms, #129 & 130 my wife and I stayes at 130 and my mom and my sister @ 129, my sister was bitten by bed bugs not even 15 minutes after laying down in bed, I notified front desk and were offered a different room, my sister left her brand new pijama, socks, sweater and a fleece trow blanket for fear of taking bed bugs to the other room.
Front desk informed me that a report was made and that I would be notified on the resolution and I'm waiting to be notified.

The room was sparse in amenities. No blanket. No water glass. The headboard on the bed was an unfinished sheet of OSB plywood. The hand soap they provided was old and crumbled in your hand when removing it from its packaging.
The TV remote did not work. The noise from outside was constant and annoying. Finally, I had an emergency and had to leave one day early. Unfortunately, with their and Experia's policies no refund was available.

They are always so nice and courteous. Stayed here 3 years ago on and off and needed a place for the night and granted it was out of my way was my # 1 choice. Always have felt welcomed here.

This place is sketch. I got it because i only needed a one night stay hotel for my surgery the next day. It was sketch, underground parking. Sheets had hair , the room smelled odd. Oh and i could hear alot of noise from other rooms. Would NOT stay here again.
