We were woken up at about 5am by a call from front desk needing entry to our room to attempt to find the source of a hallway flood. The carpet outside our room was beyond saturated, and started to seep into our room through the door. After hardly managing sleep after a couple days of hard travel and an overseas flight the next day, the sleep interruption was terrible.
However, huge appreciation to the women working front desk on 12/12 for sorting us a very early check in. Management please do not let this negative review affect them, they were a godsend for their help.

Nice hotel, good a short stay, the room was on the cold side, couldn't get the heating to work ,a small thin bed sheet which would be ok for summer ,but not good for winter ,we ate in the restaurant which was very nice and the staff were very attentive.

A quick overnight in London with an early flight home. Second stay here and ideal for the airport. Great service.

Our experience was great and they checked us in early. We went to a different hotel and we had to walk a distance to this hotel. We arrived 10:30 and we checked in at 11:30. Anna and Alaika help me ordering Domino’s pizza and the postal code would not take. Thanks ladies, got the pizza.

I booked the hotel because of its neearness to London Heathrow Airport. It's good for value.

Easy to find, booking in was simple. Room was as described. Very quiet considering proximity to airport. Would definitely use again. Really appreciative of the free tea and coffee in the restaurant.

The place was nice and the location was great but the door to the room did not lock and the person at the desk came and check but told me that was how the doors worked but it still didn't lock properly

It was lovely. The room was small yet just enough for a couple. I wish there was a small fridge for our cold drinks. Toilet bowl had some stains on the outer side just below the seat cover but maybe just a minor thing that was missed by the cleaner. Temperature can be adjusted according to your preference which was really good. Easily accessible to and from Heathrow airport

Bed was extremely hard. The mattress looked like it was a cheap commercial grade with gray and white stripes. It sat on wooden slats and was covered by a thin mattress topper. It was only a step or two up from sleeping on concrete.
The front desk also told me that they would schedule a taxi to take me to the airport. However, once we were on our way, I realized it wasn’t a taxi and it didn’t have a meter. I don’t know how the price I paid compared to what a metered cab ride would have cost, but there was no way to argue over it in the moment.

Clean, comfortable for a night. 20 pound taxi or 6.50 per person for hotel hoppa shuttle. Note, there are 3 IBIS hotels on Bath street. Our confirm did not say Ibis Styles. Hoppa dropped us at one and then we had 15 minute walk to get to correct hotel. Be sure you note exact name, not just IBIS Heathrow like booking shows.

On a quick overnight stay for an overnight layover. The room was clean. Nothing special and nothing terrible just a clean, safe place to sleep.

Poor quality bed and towels. Feels like a prison. There are multiple ibis hotels on the same street. Don’t make the same mistake I did. Book the good one called Ibis London. It’s confusing because they all have similar names.

Check in was straight forward. Room was not that clean; no bedside table one side and bed was so very uncomfortable was like sleeping on a door.

Convenient and good value location for early flight. Parking spaces limited but I got one easy enough (£14 for 24 hrs).
Rooms at back surprisingly quiet. Larger than average room with queen sized bed. Good quality bathroom soap. Helpful reception for taxi booking. 24/7 service. Didn't try breakfast.

On arrival was allocated a room that was already occupied! Room was what you would expect for the price. Easy access to Heathrow Terminal 3 for an early morning flight, bus stop was just over the road and only 2 stops.

Facilities: Bar and restaurant. Nice food and good atmosphere.
Location: Hotel Hoppa bus stop right outside the hotel so transfer to Heathrow for early flight was easy.

Hotel reception took ages to answer my calls asking for help on how to get to the hotel from terminal 4. When I checked in the keys weren’t working and the room had two single beds instead of a queen bed as booked. Had to move rooms. This was after travelling for 24 hours so I was not happy

It was great staying at Ibis Styles for my early flight. The airport is close to the hotel, with local bus stops nearby. I took a bus from and to Terminal 2 very easily.

It was very underwhelming, particularly having to schlep to the second floor, walking through various corridors to find another lift to go down to the first floor in order to access the bedroom. No staff member explained when I was given the room number. An ok stay for one night.

This was a one night stay prior to catching a flight home. It was great value, very close to the area with a bus to the central terminal right outside the hotel. The room and bed were comfortable and it was quiet. There is a pub called the "Three Magpies" within a 5 minute walk from the hotel if you want something to eat although the hotel does have some items. We would stay here again.

Budget hotel with very few amenities. It was clean, but the front desk clerks made you feel like they didnt have time for questions. Don't expect to find a parking space even if you paid. There is not a shuttle to the airport, but the bus stop is across the street. Take the Heathrow Central bus to get to the airport. It was in walking distance to a few restaurants, and a nice pub called the Three Magpies. There was a gas station next door. We were easily able to top up the rental car.

I've stayed here before, and it looks like it has had some remodeling ng.my room was very clean and spacious for a solo traveler.i ate evening meal and full breakfast, both of which were good with a descent choice of items.
