Simple and cosy

everything was spot on. Kirsten was communicative, responsive, friendly, helpful....and the cheese platter was a killer. Excellent facility all round.

Very happy with our stay. Unit was clean,nicely appointed & was ready for us when we arrived. With the unit being close to the city centre it was very convenient. Customer service was friendly regularly updating us about check in details. Only disappointment was the back bedroom toilet that had a flushing issue. Otherwise, our stay was very pleasant & we would recommend this accommodation for anyone holidaying in the Mudgee region.

It was very deceiving from the outside …. Inside was all new and modern and very clean

The location was great - within walking distance of unique country pubs which offer modern fresh food & beverages; the Three Tails craft beer and smokehouse and the main street of Mudgee - perfect! However, whilst the three bedroom, 2 bathroom was what we wanted, the dark mirrors in the bathrooms were annoying; the beds not comfortable and there was no mop & dustpan. It was advertised as Serviced Apartments, but just prior to arrival, I received a text stating, due to COVID, there would be no housekeeping for our 3 night stay. To our knowledge, there was no COVID in Mudgee and were't offered a slight refund or compensation like a bottle of wine, and as we weren't advised at the time of booking, or a day before, we didn't think this was 'good hospitality'. We had 6 coffee pods for 3 days for 4 adults and the coffee machine just didn't work, nor did Netflix. We booked the private bespoke Kirsten van for a 6 hour wine tasting and we were 'supposedly' booked into our choice of venue for lunch. However, the first vineyard wasn't open and the lunch venue was closed due to a private function. Clearly the organising of the tour was not professional. Belinda, our driver, was quick thinking and arranged alternative spots to visit and we all had a great day. On the plus side, it was good to have a garage to park our car and besides having a relentless barking dog in the mornings next to the main bedroom and tradesmen building a house at the other next door neighbour, we loved Mudgee.

Great property - well located and clean not a big issue but if a game or two provided we would have liked that - but we had a lovely time and would use again

Absolutely loved it !!! ... This place is clean, tidy and has all amenities and facilities covered ... Walking distance to restaurants, cafes, pubs, shops and just about everything else !!! ... Perfect Property can’t wait to come back !!!

Best apartment ever! Very clean, modern, comfortable & spacious. It had it all! Our only regret was having to leave. So sorry that Kirsten didn’t have apartments in Dubbo & Orange or we would have booked them there as well. We will be back

Great location right in the centre of mudgee only a walk to bars and restaurant's. Accomidation was great comfortable and they organised wine and baloons for our arrival for my partners birthday.

It was. Lovely unit. It needs a box of tissues. GreAt situation but driving into garage was very tricky.

Perfect spot for 2 couples and much better than a hotel. Spacious, well equipped & spotless. Easy walk into the middle of town. Would happily return.

We were there for our wedding. The space in the appartment was fantastic for preparing for the wedding.

Apartment was great.. received a text message before we arrived for the code, the key is in a box at the front door. Use the code to get the key. Simple. Very modern apartments. we had the 3 bedrooms. Had ensuite off main bedroom. Freestanding bathtub in the other bathroom. Everything was very clean. Great amenities. Garage was small but we managed. There is an outdoor area off the combined lounge/kitchen/dining area with big bi-fold doors. Close to the centre of town. We could walk to the supermarkets.

Great last minute find ...very new, modern and comfortable villa style accommodation. Walking distance from a great pub and main street. Will return.

We stayed at house #3 Jacinta for a weekend with another couple as wed lined up a winery tour. The house itself is very well laid out and set up, and we had a fantastic time in Mudgee. The garage is a bit of a tight squeeze to get into, the lounge is a bit wide to be comfortable, the toilet roll holders in the dual ensuites are placed in a strangely awkward position, but they are minor quibbles and dont detract too much from what is a great place to stay with friends. The fact that Ive had to resort to toilet roll holders for criticism just shows that its a great, well maintained place :) Its not too far form the CBD but not too close either, very quiet area of Mudgee. Recommended.

Looked brand new, every convenience from pots, pans and dishes in the kitchen to the washing machine in the separate laundry. The pod espresso machine was a nice touch and the beds were the best we slept on in Australia. Please only tell a few of your closest friends about his place as we want to be sure it's available for our next stay.
