The hotel was amazing - my room was quiet and clean, and the breakfast bar is very good. I would certainly stay in this hotel again when I am back in the area next year.
There was one interaction with staff that left me feeling like a nuisance, but it was minor enough not to mar the rest of the experience.

I have had much better Holiday Inn Express experiences.
This place was a bit run down.
Got a call from front desk at 11:30pm where they asked if we heard "stomping" and that they were calling all the rooms to see if they could find this "stomping"... We hadn't heard stomping and were just quietly watching TV. Weird.

Great experience. Not quite a five-star experience, and was a tad pricey, but a great option if youre in the Ithica or general Finger Lakes area

The room itself was ok, but the carpets need to be steam cleaned and the bathroom had mold along the top of the wall. My feet soles were black after walking from the shower to the desk.
Walls are also super thin, so if you have rude neighbors, you'll hear them the entire night.
Breakfast was hot and had a lot of amenities. The staff were excellent on refilling stations quickly.

We were put in a room right beside the laundry faculty which started operating 7am and it was loud! Room carpet and chairs have stains everywhere even the AC unit was rusted. Overall the condition was bad. These would have been fine tbh if it wasn’t the rudest front desk person I have ever met. The “why do you have to bother me” attitude during the few interactions with her when we checked in. I get it “everyone is fighting a battle you don’t know” but I think the basic politeness is required if you are in the hospitality industry.

2 night business at Cornell stay. Evening desk staff was great, very pleasant and helpful. Last morning one of the housekeeping crew let themself into my room! I had placed the 'Privacy Please' hanger on the door and hadn't checked out. As i did check out i voiced my surprise about the intrusion and the desk staff assured me it would not happen again and they were sorry, thats it, sorry our crleaning crew walked in on you in your underwear. Lol! I guess i could have thrown a bigger fit but there were others around and i was embarrassed, as explained to the staff. For being a newer hotel the carpet and furniture in my room are in need of a cleaning, but the bed and other surfaces were clean. Needless to say, i will stay elsewhere next trip to Ithaca.

Conveniently located near the shopping plaza with all major name-brand stores. Parking at the hotel includes EV stations. There is a nice complimentary breakfast buffet and a place to sit. There is a small little convenient store that sells snacks and other small items. The hotel provides Dove soap, lotion, shampoo, and conditioner. There are coffee K-cups provided in your room. High-touch items such as the remote and phone were protected with a plastic covering.

Leonard at the front desk was fantastic! Very helpful and polite and offered suggestions when asked. We enjoyed our stay very much.

It was a nice hotel. Unfortunately a storm occurred during our first night resulting in the TV being offline for the 3 days we were there. My issue was a lack of transparency from the front desk on when the TV would be repaired. We were told either vague answers on when it would be repaired, or that the manager wasn’t on-site to get an answer.

The room with two queen beds was spacious and comfortable. The keurig mschune and refrigerator was nice. We only stayed a quick night but would come back again. Breakfast was good with plenty of choices. Sandie the breakfast lady was nice and friendly.

The carpets in the room were not cleaned. When you take a shower and walk out, your feet would be dirty again from the floor.

The room was very spacious for my family and the beds were very comfortable. The price was very good for this area. I really appreciated the complimentary breakfast! I thought it would just be coffee and some cereal, but it actually included a wide variety of hot and cold choices, including some delicious potatoes and a 'make your own pancake' station.

The Rooms are good seems like they have been updated but the overall upkeep of the hotel can be improved notice the ice machine was not fixed on each floor. The one of the ground floor had water all over and the elevator floor was damp due to it and had a stench. The breakfast was good had a good variety of servings.

The hotel was fine - seems recently renovated, it was very comfortable. Check-in on Thursday evening was great - the young man on the desk was very friendly and very helpful. I discovered that one of the towels had a brown stain on it - on Friday morning, I asked the woman on the front desk to have it changed - it was changed, but the contrast between her and the check-in man was like night and day. She was unhelpful and surly. When I checked out, she spent several minutes sifting through a list of print outs to find mine, without ever smiling, looking me in the eye, or even once asking whether everything had been OK etc. She was a VERY poor advert for the hotel

Agree with other guests, lady who serves breakfast, either talks to the guests like a grandma when not busy, or keeps refilling hot food when the dinner room is full. This place is like a home.

Our stay and the hotel was good except for our mattress. It was sinking like a hole on each side we have to sleep across the bed to avoid the hole and be able to sleep and not get back pains the next day . Issue was reported already to hotel personnel.

The hotel room was beautiful but room 317 hvac was very loud, made it difficult to get a restful sleep. The staff was accommodating especially Leonard, front desk rep and the 2 ladies working at breakfast, they were friendly and helpful which made me feel I was at my grandmothers house, which I loved.

We didnt even stay here and the guy at desk said it was cancelled with mo charge to my card but it was charged and we will be getting a refund since he said it was cancelled with no charge and gave us a receipt of cancellatiom with no charge. Bad customer service and lies.we will post all nad reviews die to being loed to by customer service guy
